It is absolutely terrible. They screwed me over, took my money after guaranteeing shipment of items within 24 hours and then said what I had ordered was no longer available after almost a month of me messaging them and asking them why the order had not shipped yet. Absolutely ridiculous! I am now waiting for a response telling them to refund my money in full. I AM SO ANGRY! I am going to leave a horrible review on every single site I can find that they are affiliated with!
My item took a month to be delivered - which after reading the reviews was not that long (so far not items came in 4/5 are here though). The pictures online are an idea of what dress lily thinks they can reproduce and clearly cannot. The quality of the material is very very cheap and everything is see through. The styles are not even close to the images they posted online and overall review - I would not recommend this website if you are looking for clothes to wear... Lesson learned!
My husband ordered me ' 2 pair of leggings' the money was taken off his card this was 9/3/15. And I still haven't got my items every time I send a email' it said's shipped. Rule number i hate a thief". Now if you think you're going to get away ' with ripping people off ur dreaming.'' I'm going to the better business bureau to!

Thanks to site Jabber and someone that cared at Dress lilly, they have made things right with me and did return some of my money. It did take a while but did seen to find someone that cared and helped me. There items run way too small and need to be more accurate, Just wanted to let you all know that I was taken care of. There bathing suites were very cute and good quality but sizes are no wear at all accurate.

My experience with dress lily was very straight forward and easy going. I ordered a dress that was on "priority dispatch" and got a shipping label the same day as I ordered it. I received the product 2 weeks after ordering, which is exactly when they said it should be arriving. I also LOVE my dress! Great quality and so comfortable! I did read reviews for this website before ordering (because I'm huge on reading reviews) and was hesitant seeing other customers problems but decided to try them anyway... My experience was very pleasant and I have zero complaints, so I'm sharing it. I will order from them again.
This company sells products that they do not have in stock and then hides behind a staff of customer service agents that copy and paste patronizing e-mails to stall for time.
I am completely unsatisfied and will never order from them again.
Take my advice, save yourself some time and aggravation and order from someone else.

It took some effort, however, in the end they did refund my money for missing merchandise. I can't lie - I will not order from them ever in the future as it took nearly three months for a resolution, but am happy that they finally responded appropriately. Posting on SiteJabber was the key to getting their attention.

This is the worst quality piece of clothing I have ever bought! Its so cheap of this website because it comes straight from China, not to mention why it takes soo long to receive your order.The color is more of a burnt orange and the anchor is stamped on and bled through the fabric. I will never buy from dress lily again and I would advise anyone that is looking for a great deal buy from somewhere else! Try amazon first... rating overall 0!

This site is a scam. The clothing they send out is nothing like they described it to be. They are bordering on criminal acts in not returning my money and making me pay for return and also not paying me back even half of what i spent. Do not shop with them... these people are criminals!
Purchased an item last month. Never received a confirmation email with tracking order. The transaction on my bank account shows that the money went to an Electronic company whatsoever. Tried contacting Dresslily but never heard back.

I ordered 4 shirts from dresslily, very impressed with the pictures on website and thought they would be what they looked on website. Just received the order after 20 days, my guess coming from China. Shirts are of very poor quality, stitch is so bad every order extra treads, 3 shirts of same size all different sizes, on collar the texture is different from one side to other, looks like last bit of the yarn (like on print paper, red color come to indicate end of paper) has been used. Very disappointed, what a waste of time and money if they dont refund.

I placed an order the mid March. They processed the order April 1. I understand that shipping takes time; however, I have been waiting almost two months. They didn't have a problem taking my money right away. Still no product and no update on the shipping tracker other than departed sort facility to United States on 04. 03. 15. Never Ever order. And don't post anything negative on their site because they remove it.

I have used DressLily for about a year now, and I find it perfect. The prices are very competitive compared to other online retailers, and the website works great & is safe to use. They have great pieces of clothing and the style is more edgy than most UK retailers, that's why I really like it. And if you're lucky, you can sometimes find clothes that have been discontinued in other places, and they come at a cheap price. What I most love about DressLily is the effort that they put behind their website in the past year. It went from an average online retailer, to a proper website with apps, a sleek interface, order tracking, etc. Kudos to them for the great improvement, but keeping incredibly low prices. The only downside is the fact that it takes long to get parcels delivered, but for me it is totally worth the wait.
Dresslily is one of the best places you could go to to get really cheap durable clothing. I have ordered presents for my mother roommate and of course myself! It's free shipping for everything and it comes faster than you'd think. Dresslily also has the best customer service. They are so friendly and helpful and reply very quickly to get what ever questions or problems you have taken care of. I am very much satisfied with shopping at Dresslily.com.
It is maddening to me to never get ahold of anyone. The phone number is never connecting to a person. It just constantly states no one is available. I try to return the item just to exhange it and have to get online, create a ticket and send a picture of the item, do a chat, and then who knows what happens next...all in efforts just to exhange an item that they sized wrong and doesn't fit. It should not be this difficult to exchange an tiem. They not only need a zero button but a negative star button(s) as this company is horrible!

Ordered a very small item that should not take long at all to ship. It has been over a month now and I have received several other purchases already from other similar sites and no news at all from the seller on dresslily.com. Please don't waste your money here, maybe not a scam but if you are looking to buy something and want it before you are old and gray don't order from this site. And the seller is very passive about communication just told me to wait patiently... thanks a lot.
I found them from an ad on fb. Products looked great online and dirt cheap. But its true what they say you get what you pay for. One of my watches came and was falling apart. A bracelet I received did not even look like the one in the pic I ordered. I paid $22 for six items. So I didn't even worry about calling or contacting them.
To be honest, I clicked on dresslily.com by mistake from a facebook ad but I am quite happy that I did. All the clothes and great prices that I saw just made me want to order everything that fits me :D. I have ordered few times since then and do not regret any of them. It is really nice that what you see on the picture is what you get live. They offer free shipping internationally which is just perfect.
