I have ordered a couple times and although it does take quite a while to arrive, its nice to open the package and go through everything. It ships from so far away and goes through customs so its a given that shipping wont be quick. They did finally change to free shipping and that excites me the most. Just placed another order yesterday. One thing... always make sure you look at the size chart below each item so you know what size of theirs is equal to what you wear. Helpful tip!
Due to a few adverts on Facebook and my news feed I took to Dresslily to order a few Christmas presents. Over a fortnight later and nothing has arrived, I can see the order on the website still showing as 'processing' but after a query, no response for 24 hours. I think they may pay for false reviews or simply set up fake users & give themselves 5 stars on independent sites such as this. I still hope the goods will arrive, but its too late for their required date.
I have been ordering from Dresslily for the past year. I love that they have a plus size selection that is actually designed to look good on the bigger girl. I order about $100 worth of clothes each month. The sizes are quite clearly marked and are very true to size. I save heaps because I log in everyday for more D points. Saved $60 on my last order! Postage times are great, never had anything not arrive.
Best thing that ever happened to my wardrobe! I'm a single parent so it's hard to buy good clothes at affordable prices. I fell in love with dress lily now I can look classy and fashionable at a great price
Ridiculous... never ordering from these guys again. Ordered a month and a week ago and still have yet to receive it. Also, please be aware that they ship your order in pieces so that you receive some of the order one day, and the rest (hopefully) another. I highly recommend any other company.

Dresslily.com is a great way to get cute, original clothes for a low price. Their customer service is wonderful, and packages arrive typically earlier than expected. They have many products including dresses, jewelry, shoes and hair accessories, so it is the perfect place to put together a new outfit!
Be certain you know EXACTLY what you want and be ASSURED it will fit the way you want. There is NO returning of items from this store.
I order online a lot and EVERY store I've ordered from makes it easy to return for whatever reason.
These people want photos. Videos. 2-3 days to review to confirm whether or not you'll be helped.
It's totally ridiculous.
The clothing has no labels.
There was no return slip in the packaging.
My concerns have gone ignored.
Just Remarkably weird.

I would never recommend this site for anyone! I ordered 2 things that took one and a half months to ship to me. I can deal with the wait, but when I got them they did not look at all what the website showed. So disappointed! At least it was cheap (just like the clothes) and I learned my lesson.

Apparently my order was shipped out 11/18/2014 and today is 12/22/2014 so I am pretty sure I will not receive my items in time for Christmas. What is the point of ordering from this site? I ordered a shower curtain that has been in transit for a month now. Of course I contacted the company, which is in reality Kathy Lee Gifford's sweatshop on the island of no returns and got received an email stating, " it's been shipped and we have no control over the mail service but keep those binoculars handy so you'll be ready if and when it comes" signed sweatshop joe. A month and a half later and no order in sight and sweatshop joe has been replaced by thin air. I will never buy from this outfit again.

I received my product I about three weeks. I am extremely happy. These products are shipped from China. Therefore will take some time to receive. If you pay low prices for quality merchandise. Then what is there to complain about.
I made an order from DressLily in December 2014 and started receiving the goods in January, which means they moved reasonably quick. Some products are very nice (the jewelry, a corset, and a few dresses) but some of them were really poor. They don't publish reviews under 4 stars.
It will take so long to ship and arrive, you'll forget you ordered it.
I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering.
The stuff looks nice and the prices are low but it's not worth waiting over a month to get a $13 dress. Ships ground from China!

I love this site! I look at it everyday to see if theres anything new for me to order! They provide great customer service if you're not satisfied with your product and they always respond within a day! They're dresses are pretty and I feel very confident in them!
My order took less than two weeks to arrive in the US, and (almost) everything was exactly as I expected it. One necklace did arrive broken, but they will be replacing it for free. Of course the quality isn't incredibly amazing, but how could you expect it to be for such cheap prices? I would compare the quality to Forever 21 or H&M. Cheap, but still good! I was very satisfied with all the clothes - everything fit perfectly and exceeded my expectations, and I've gotten compliments on everything I've worn. The customer service is also excellent - my order was shipped right away, and when I submitted a ticket regarding the broken necklace it was responded to within 24 hours.

I had my doubts about all what I would receive from Dresslily (if anything at all!) having read many unfavourable reviews. However, my order arrived this week and I am delighted. The fabrics are super, all items look exactly as they do in the photographs and all clothes look good on me. In the UK similar Monsoon dresses might cost £80 (compared to a few US $). Dresslily did an excellent job and I will be going back to the site to order more things.
Been using Dresslily to order wall tapestries - these are exceptionally fun to use during the holiday seasons where I can change a whole wall of a room to fit the theme - whether it be Halloween, Christmas, or a nice nature setting when there is no theme needed. They ship same day, sometimes just few hours after the order is placed. Support is very responsive and they make sure you get the help that you need.
I shop with this site very frequently and I don't think I'll shop anywhere else for plus sized affordable clothes. On a few occasions they've run out of stock on items I've wanted to purchase on their clearance sales, and they've been more than generous offering me other items instead.
I see a lot of people complaining about the fit of their clothes and that is just not the case. The sizing has a really easy to use translation chart from american sizing standards. Plus I think people are super negative as a default. But for me, I've honestly never had a better experience with an online clothes retailer!

I order mostly by phone or on line due to my disability; never had I encountered this. I placed an order with dress lily in August 2016. My status still says shipping. There is no physical way that I have found to contact a customer service rep... I received an notice stating my item was coming from China... why would that not be mentioned in their advertisement... guess the New Year will bring my package. I will never order from them again...

Ordered 2 tops. Took ages to come, so put in a dispute with Paypal. One top came a week later. Nothing like what was pictured or described. Changed the Paypal dispute to 'not what was described' Eventually, got my money back from Paypal. Never did receive the second top. Probably would've ended up throwing that one out too. Wish I'd read the reviews prior to ordering from them. Trying to get the word out so others won't get burnt. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
