Worst company ever! I contacted my credit card company to stop payment when I still had not received my order (a Christmas present) 25 days after they charged my card. Had I read all the negative reviews before ordering, I never would have placed it. The customer service is ridiculous. Never a live chat available, no phone # to contact anyone. Found out since it is a China based company so the item would probably have been poor quality anyway. If you have an order pending, CANCEL immediately and take your money elsewhere.
I bought products on three different occasions and they all turned out to be of excellent quality. I still keep them despite the use. This site is highly recommended for its products, price and shipping

I've never written about an order from any website before, but like many others here, am disappointed enough to warn others. I ordered an in-stock sweater on 12/12, the same day that I ordered items from many other websites. I received everything else within a week, many items coming from China like this order. This company must transport by row-boat. I've inquired 3 times on line (each a week apart), receiving the same answer, "to rest-assure it is on it's way". I fear I'll receive the sweater after the cold weather blows over. I'm just grateful I'm out only 1 item.

The quality of the clothes! It is excellent. I have worn one jacket every single day during a cold winter and it has no issues with zippers, buttons or material damage. It's in perfect condition and commonly gets compliments because it looks like a jacket that costs 10x the price! The items were already so discounted i decided to leave a 5 star rating because I didn't even need a coupon to get these prices. I didn't get paid for this review or to buy the items, they are the same price for all. Check it out for yourself, especially if you are into fashion.

I haven't ordered from here but I figured people might find this interesting. I've sifted through a few of the five star reviews and the accounts posting I would conclude to be bots, or scammers. Generally signed up in November and have written reviews for Dress Lily, Rosegal and Global Grow, one of which is written in Spanish. All written in the same style too. This isn't just one account, there must be dozens. I would urge sitejabber to look into these accounts to prevent companies from attempting to boost their ratings. It's unethical for Dress Lily to use such cheap tactics to lure in potential victims.
I have placed several orders from this website. They have a wide variety of clothes including alternative and gothic styles that I love. They have a lot of unique designs that i can't find elsewhere. Their prices are great. The quality is decent, much better than what you would expect for their prices but not perfect. You do have to be patient since shipping can take some time but it's worth the wait. I have been very happy with my purchases.
Although this company does not give you all the return policy up front (like article must be mailed to China), they did continue to reach out to me to satisfy my problem.
Know that their clothes run extremely small - 2 sizes at least - and returns will be painful. Otherwise I did like the items and I did get them for 1/4 what I would have paid elsewhere.

I placed my order over a month ago, still has not arrived. I tracked the order, has only left China. I emailed the only email address available to find out if I could cancel the order & get a refund or get verification of where everything was, no reply. Very upset.
Just completely disgusted with the disrespect of not being a loyal company. You have an advertisement for your company and allow payments to go through but then don't verify or allow customers to check in, even the patient ones.

I ordered some shirts in the very beginning of January and I just got them a couple days ago. They look and feel so cheap. The stitching is off on one of the shirts, the seams on the side are so far forward it's almost uncomfortable to wear because if you move your arms back and forth it pulls on the breast area. I will NEVER buy from this site again, and I'm an avid online shopper for cheap clothes. You get what you pay for ladies. Beware!
I placed an order August 10,2015 for a pair of pants and a sweater. I knew it would take a few weeks to get it, but now its October 6th, and I still have not received it. I communicated with someone from their customer service department in September and I was informed that sometimes shipments get left at post offices as parcels. So I checked with my post offices and they have not had anything come through for my address. I have since requested a full refund. I don't care how cute the clothes are, I will never use DressLily again.

I would not order from this site again- I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 9 and received notification that it would ship in time. It finally came in mid January. Their customer service was really bad and the US phone number doesn't work. Beware!
I've ordered from dresslily multiple times now and have been happy everytime!
I love that they have a plus sized section, plus plenty of unique and goth styled pieces. Everything I've ordered has been pretty true to size, make sure to look at reviews!
They frequently have sales which makes their awesome pricing even better.
For the price, the quality of the items is pretty nice and every piece comes in a very nice, branded, zip lock type bag.

Did all my Christmas shopping on the same day (12-12-16) over 7 different on-line retailers and as of today, I have received all 13 of the items, with the exception of the 2 ordered from DressLily. In fact, have not even received an e-mail confirming the order has even been shipped. While too late, which I am sure DressLily "banks" on, it's more than clear this operation does not meet the minimum customer service levels of a true business i. E. no customer service number, no true tracking information. My guess is that a domain name change will occur and probably had changed to become DressLily (with one L of course), to continue this scam model. While have never took the time to REVIEW a website before, I will be sure to amend should my items arrive. However, that will not change my complete dissatisfaction with the website DressLily.com. Save your money and look to shop at the many other websites providing excellent customer service.

I have previously wrote a review and seems like it not populating. I ordered several products around the holiday. Everything I ordered for me I have to give to my 10 year old daughter. Some of the items were no where the same look that I purchased. Completely different product cheaply made. It took so long to receive it that you don't want to go through the trouble of replacing it. I highly recommend not to shop with this company. They mislead you then will not talk to you. Everything is through emails. I am currently filing a complaint with my police department because this cannot be legal. Stay away take your money somewhere else it is not worth it.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from—three of the items never arrived, and when I contacted them they offered to refund me for less than half the price I paid. The items that did arrive are so cheap, poorly made, and unlike the items shown online, that I almost wish they too didn't arrive. It is clearly a scam company, and hopefully will be shut down before more people lose their money on garbage products (or no products at all!)
I ordered some men's clothing from Dresslily and I have never been so dissatisfied by any order I ever made online. All delivered items were the wrong size, none of them corresponded properly to the picture, the materials were very bad as well as the finishing and 2 items never made it. Oh, and since they ship with China post, consider a 30% tax charge on your delivery if you order from Europe. My advise: don't order here.
