My first mistake was in not researching that the company was overseas. I placed my order on 11/17/15 and I still have not received it. The shipping info claims that orders may take up to 25 days. Ok, worse case scenario, I was prepared for that. After contacting support 50 days later, they changed it to 25 'business' days then later up to 45 days due to peak season. I'm sorry but if you want to be the acclaimed 'leading global online retailer' you might want to get your stuff together. Your service seems more like operations out of someone's garage than a retail leader.
I had a great experience with Dresslily.com. I decided to order a very beautiful wallet from there and knowing how poor the quality of goods coming from China is, I was shocked when I received it because it was exactly as in the pictures, if not even prettier. The shipping took only 14 days. I use this wallet every day and get so many compliments on it! Will definitely order from Dresslily again!
My account was charged immediately for my purchase, and of course, funds have cleared the bank; however no order. I placed my order on 10/13... why is it still pending. I really should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned. I will never refer anyone to DressLily. Horrible experience.
Dresslily reached out and gave me a link to go to in order to obtain a refund; however, the link does not work. This just keeps getting further and further away from right.

Ordered one item. Received something completely different that looks like whoever packaged it stole it from her grandmother's closet. There was no receipt in the package. Opened a ticket to get what we ordered. Received an email saying they would respond within 24 hours. Now it has been a week, no response, the link on the original email says there is no ticket associated with the code they gave us, and we can't login to the account. There's no contact information on the site and no way to access our original order.

Never had any issues, items are as described, in size, shape and materials, free postage is great and has always been delivered on time!
The website is user friendly and intuitive, a pleasure to do shopping on!
Ordered a few items, all arrived in around 3 weeks (China -> Norway). And that is the only positive thing I can say about this site. Nothing was as described, measurement chart was way wrong on all of them - even on a bracelet I ordered. Was refunded for one item, but then the stalling game started, completely $#*!ed replies to my messages, and was eventually offered a pittance as a refund for one other item. Stay away from this site, it's nothing but trouble.

I ordered three dresses, all of which look terrible. I submitted a ticket on December 5th, asking how I can return the items and receive a refund. I have not heard back. There "telephone" number does not work--when you call its just a busy tone. I am so disappointed and upset I ever ordered from this company. This has to be the worst purchase I have ever made. Do yourself a favor, and spend your money on something worthwhile.

I bought 2 sweaters on the same day. Have received one and tracking for one, that you can't even track. Quality of sweater is cheap and not worth the cost and trouble. The worst part is I was billed for my original order plus an additional $100. Trying to get it off my card and not having any luck. Do not buy from this company.

Horrible horrible horrible site. Dress lily ruined my first online shopping experience. Got 2/3 of my items. It's christmas time and I was hoping to get all my of items by then. And I had to pay an extra 40 dollars due to duties and taxes. It would have been helpful if they warned me on the page where I would be paying. My order was 70.50 all together but with the delivery fee and taxes and all that junk. Ended up paying 130. So screw this site. Never again
I ordered some clothing for my high school party in which we dressed up as gladiators. Sizes were just right, quality of fabrics were very good and items looked same in pictures and in real. I will totally use Dress Lily again!

My package was supposed to arrive within 10-15 days, its been a month and it still says "Shipped out". Very disappointed. They keep responding to my messages with "Please kindly wait for your order." I need this dress for Halloween and its no where to be seen. I would never buy from them again and never recommend them to someone.
It is now the day after Halloween and my package is still on a plane somewhere.
Customer service won't answer any of my questions. Extremely disappointed.
I will never purchase from this company again. Very cheaply made clothing. Sizes do not match. I actually ordered a size larger than I am and the shirt still is too small and I have lost quite a bit of weight since I ordered. Also it said it would take 30 days to arrive however the first package arrived three months later and the second thing I ordered the same day was shipped out three months later. Stay far far away from this retailer.
So like every other review I haven't received my package. It's been ages now and I'm starting worry that it's not even coming. I trusted the site and thought it was a good investment and so far $45 seems misused. Is it ever going to come?

Sizes are more children sizes or tiny people sizes and the quality of material is the worst. There should have been a size chart comparable to U.S. sizes since I'm sure they ship a LOT to America. Plus, I did not realize it was an oversea's company until after I ordered. So the whole "return/refund" policy is pretty much null and void since it would cost you a whole lot more to return the merchandise than what you paid for it. Also, there were no tags on the clothing... the clothing didn't even appear to be new. I will try to find some little bitty young person who can wear the tops and just give them away. On top of it all, they reply to your review and tell you they have an email waiting for you to review. They will end up telling you they will give you a "refund" of a certain amount. Their "refund" is only "store credit"... as if you would ever re-order from them again.

I ordered 4 items in Dec 2015. I'm still waiting for them. I understand that flat shipping takes longer but I think the ship sunk on the way over to North America. Lost at Sea. The laughable part is that they take pictures of your packages before they supposedly send them to you!

Inconsistent sizing of garments.
To return a product for a refund you are required to take photos and prove that what they advertise in their online measurements are not accurate. Online shopping is supposed to be convenient. I ended up with the most expensive bag of donations I will ever contribute to Goodwill.
