Why didn't I read the reviews before ordering? Unless you pay for expensive "extra" shipping, your order will be on a slow boat from China - and when it finally does arrive many weeks later, an extra large sweatshirt will only fit a small ten year old! Since you have to pay the return postage... to China... good luck with that!
I ordered 4 shirts which only took 3 weeks to get here. All are very thin, poor quality material. Two are no where near sized correctly. You would have to have the torso length of a toddler to wear them. There return policy does not cover ill fitting clothing. I will never purchase from them again.

I purchased a dress from them before reading all of the negative reviews. First, realize that you are ordering from a seller based outside of the USA and it will take a LONG time to get your stuff. If you are in a rush (as I was) don't bother. Even their shipment estimates are conservative. Double whatever they say. Second, it seems like the clothing is made in a sweatshop somewhere. Quality is questionable. I got lucky and ordered something that came close to the picture. But, the seams were uneven and there were loose threads. Lastly, the sizing is off. It's not accurate or scaled to a non petite frame, so if you are curvy, be warned.
Even though i was "ok" with my purchase and probably got exactly what I paid for, I would not order from them again

It seems that a lot of people are having problems not receiving their orders. This also happened to me. I don't know if they really do not send them or they just get lost/stuck somewhere on the way. After exchanging some emails with the Dresslily staff (they where very polite) i got back all of my money. I will think of placing another order soon, maybe it was just bad luck

Ordered in November 2014 still no sign of the products. I think this is a scam, stay away. Tracking number & button they post on their site does not work. I have submitted a request for status of my order. Will see if they respond but after reading other reviews I am not too hopeful.
I received 3 items recently and have been trying to return them. The sizes are NOT true to size. The customer service department can only be contacted by email. No one will send me back a returned packing slip, I've tried twice now. I've even threatened them by alerting The Better Business Bureau along with Facebook, which I am doing! I had several successful orders with DressLily, generally items are exactly as described, for very competitive prices (especially if you look for discounts). There is also a cool reward system which cut my last order price by an additional $6 from already low prices. In one instance in particular there was a problem with the shipment, I contacted their customer service and they were very helpful and we were able to sort it out to my satisfaction.
I came across this site on Facebook. Was drawn in due to the cute dresses and swim wear. They have the worst customer service ever! They Never return emails. It took them 4 weeks to provide me with a tracking number and then another 3 weeks before I received my order. I purchased a vintage one piece swim suit in a size bigger than I am, due to reviews
Saying that sizes run small I am a S & I ordered a large. It was teeny tiny. Although I can't wear it, it fits my 10 yr old daughter perfect. Soo glad I only spent $20. I learned my lesson, never buy from China or any other sites you unsure of. Its best to keep it
Placed order 2 months ago, got a shipping notification via email about 7 days later shipping from China then got another shipping notice a month later saying shipped via Netherlands mail. My credit card was charged back in August with original shipping notice but I still have no merchandise. Tried to email with them and they do not understand the issue and keep saying that international shipping takes time. Has my product shipped once twice or at all? I don't know! After seeing these reviews I would say don't buy anything here ever!

I wish I would have found this website and read the reviews before I made my purchase on dresslily. I paid more than $30 in shipping and handling for coats that looked nothing like their online pictures when they arrived. One of the coats even had ALL the button holes sewn shut! I contacted their support center several times before I received a response requesting photos. Really, the burden of proof is on me? I sent the photos and 4 days later I STILL haven't heard anything from them even though their so-called policy is to respond within 24 hours. Do yourselves a favor, do not make any significant purchases from this website!
What awful reviews and I have to add another. Did not get half of my order. Over two months. No matter what you ask for help with they put it back on you. "Go ask your post office" Huh?! Horrible experience. Unfortunate. I would have been a repeat buyer. They think registered mail is a good thing. In the US it is not and costs us as taxpayers because from China they do not pay for what that service costs here... not to mention that working people can't easily go pick up packages and our Post offices could be some distance from where we are.

I ordered over one month ago 2 coats in wool/cotton fabric. They looked really great at the website but when I received the tiny packages and unwrapped those jammed items they didn't only look like crap but they were made entirely out of cheap synthetic! Since then I try to get a full refund form Dresslily but the try to fool me with bonus points or just discounts on it.
Till now I haven't received their money and I only can post my story on the web to share this with future customers. I don't think I am an exception; be aware to shop at Dresslily!

2 months later and still waiting for product. Emailed customer 2 times and basically "it was my fault" for selecting the "free shipping" that has no tracking numbers. Oh, and it is shipping from China. They keep telling me to wait and I can have 4% off my next order? Really? Why would I buy another item at a measly 4% discount when I never received my first order. Got a pair of jeans - unfinished seams and they fell apart. 7 weeks to deliver - now refuse to refund unless I ship it back. $16 shipping for a $18.88 item. Second item zipper did not work on arrival. Same crap. DO NOT BUY! This garbage is not worth the rags they send you.

I bought 5 things. I was extremely impressed with all of them. I received my order quickly and efficiently. Good quality. Reasonable prices. The clothes are just like they looked on the website and everything fitted perfectly. I already have other items saved in the favorites list for a next order.
