Although the customer service reps repeatedly say the item is on its way, I don't have it. Ordered it in early December, it's now mid-January. So frustrating! Update: Dresslily refunded my money, no problem. Package was likely lost?

I can't rate the products I purchased because I'M NEVER GETTING THEM! The tracking # they gave me...
