Ordered 3 shirts in size XXL (I normally wear L-XL, I'm 6'2" 200 lbs). The items that arrived are sized for a small Asian girl. No joke. Shirt bottom comes up above my belly button on one of them. Complete waste of time and money.

Ordered two tops one came damaged with scissors cuts on sleeve seam the other did not arrive. Emails back and forth for 2 weeks then finally opened a paypal dispute. Luckily I paid through paypal and they were great giving me full refund. Give this clothes company a wide berth-poor quality and bad bad communication. Read all reviews before you waste money ladies.
I have ordered two blouses for women and look forward to receiving them. Keep you informed. Dresslily am very excited and I always order here because they are serious. Products came exactly at the specified maximum time that is 20 to 23 days.

Everything I've purchased has come in on time and in wonderful condition. Their customer service is prompt and easy. Make sure you triple check those size charts because no two items fit the same.

Ordered two dresses back in August. A tiny package arrived 6 weeks later that had a flimsy black lacy jacket, nothing else has arrived, am currently in contact with them, but do not think I will have much luck getting my money back (nearly £40).

Along with horrible correspondence services, and a terribly long wait for delivery, (which is expected with these kinds of websites) when your package actually arrives the items may be damaged, not as described/pictured, or oversized! The clothes are cheaply made, and feel like itchy Halloween costumes.

I have ordered from dresslily multiple times over the last few years.The clothes I bought fit perfectly and look just like the pictures.The packages always arrive in less than three weeks which is amazing! I also love that you are able to track your parcels after they have shipped out. I will definitely keep shopping on their super easy to use website!
Jacket I ordered in late August has just arrived, 5 weeks later. Ordered an XL, fits like a smallish medium, can barely get my arms in the sleeves as the back is so tight, no chance ever of moving in it at all. Material was advertised as wool/cotton blend, actual tag says cotton and rayon. Buttons are sewn on loosely and clink like a cheap wind chime. Not impressed at all. Will not order with this company again and plan to warn all my friends about it.

Believe it or not I've ordered from them 4 times. Each time something different would happen.
First time, I Ordered a medium jacket that did not fit right.
Second time, the close fit even less, even when I went one size bigger.
Third time, the gave me odd tracking methods and was almost impossible to find out where my items were. And didn't send one of them until I prodded them by writing a review.
This fourth time they only got half my order.
Contacting them is a joke! First off there is no phone number, I imagine you'd have to speak Mandarin and Cantonese just to get through to them. And thier support page is useless. After filling out the fields and listing the problem the "submit" button does nothing! It won't go anywhere.

There is no savings worth the hassle of dealing with a company that does not ship what they have listed as inventory. The sizing on their charts does not come close to matching the real items. The packing will ruin many items. Some of the items are shipped from NY and NJ but they want you to send returns to China. Continually ask for pictures, measurements, etc. as if they don't know what you mean by inferior sizing. Finally received $40 refund for two coats. Truly a terrible business/purchase experience. Please do not waste your time or money. While you occasionally see a positive review, the majority are very negative. With good reason.

Your reviews by many others look bad. Interesting products but according to different reviews. You do not deliver the goods once you charge the credit card. Pity; you don't seem serious about business, customer service or honesty. I almost ordered. Lucky I remembered to read the reviews like my friends tell me.
26/1/16 I kept getting DressLily ads on the RH side of my facebook page. And they always look so enticing with cool fashion at a crazy price. And crazy if you think it's what they will send you. So I worked out how to facebook ad block them. So no more enticement. If facebook won't totally block this scam site then you can individually block it from showing up on your profile. I suggest everyone does the same. Maybe facebook will start to look into it then and take their ads down to protect more unsuspecting people.

It's been my personal experience in dealing with Dresslily that this company offers quality merchandise and very good customer service to their customers. Shipping times are reasonable and they allow customers to use PayPal to protect their purchasing experience. Two tips to make shopping with Dresslily an easy experience: pay for your purchase directly from your checking account through PayPal to avoid delays and transaction fees, and order clothes one or two sizes larger than indicated because clothing sizes run smaller on their site than those in the U.S. If your purchase is too small, I believe Dresslily has a good return policy, but at these low prices, it's easier to give it to someone you know and order another in a larger size. Check out their watches; they are very reasonably priced and good quality!
It's been more than a month since my order was placed and the tracking number doesn't even exist or show up on postage websites. There's barely any info to contact the company. If dresslily refuses to refund my purchase then I'm contacting my credit card company because I refuse to give this awful business my money. Do not buy from them.

I placed my orders before I found all the bad reviews. It made me very skeptical but everything arrived as promised and actually faster than I thought (about 5 weeks). Yes, I got scared when the tracking numbers they provided did not show up on tracking right away. But they eventually did. Packages were delivered in fine shape. My only regret is the sizing. When it says what it will fit - that is a tight fit. If you like a little more "give" go up a size. Overall quality is good. Products are as described. Based on what others had said, I wanted to let people know that I had a great experience. BTW - I received 5 different swimsuits, am waiting for 1 more to arrive and I just ordered again.
