This site is terrible and the customer service stinks, I ordered things in Oct. And never got part of an order, I finally got a response Dec. 24 and of course they said the item was sent. Guess that was a donation to a terrible site.
I ordered clothes in 2x, went by the size chart, I usually take an x-large and they would not fit a child. I am not kidding. I was told it was the way things were made. I don't know who is getting the "beautiful" dresses or clothes or items period but they must pay them to say it.
I have never worked with such a terrible online site.
I ordered 2 dresses, they got my money but the dresses didn´t show up. The keep emailing me about that one of the dresses that I ordered costed more then expected so they wanted me to pay more money so they could send me the dress.

They are crooks and the site should be banned and reported to the police.
They sent me a dress, 7 inches smaller on full bust and they don't admit it is their mistake but the way I measured. They always say that the measurement depends on the region you are. Give me a brake! I measured in cm. In all regions cm is the same! I sent them pictures of me measuring my bull bust, and they replied that my measurement is too tight, I must wear a bra ( I am wearing a bra in the pic) and they are trying to avoid me with silly excuses. I shop on line for 10 years now and this is the worst experience I ever had. This company really SUCKS and the pictures they have in the site are not their work. They insist that it is my fault, to avoid the refund. I wonder if anyone ever had any refund from them. I think that their good reviews, most of them are fake, and they remove the bad ones.

I ended up spending only $710 including shipping on my dress, it fit me perfectly, the details in the lace were beautiful, and it seemed well made and didn't fall apart on my wedding day. I'd definitely recommend.

The dress was more beautiful than the picture online. I went with the custom measurements. All I can say is they went over and beyond my expectations. The only thing I would have done different was had them put a bustle in. My dress was gorgeous. I will definitely recommend and keep purchasing from them.

When you see a 5 Star review here, please read with care as it is 99% certain to be a fake review. If you read bad reviews where one said her dress from Dressilyme smelled of FISH, would you risk buying your dress there? One of the reviewers did and guess what, her dress was perfect. Right! Vivian writes a glowing review but about helping her sister to buy a wedding dress. She forgot to mention that she also wrote a glowing review for NBeads.com which, like Dressilyme is part of EC World International Limited. One happy scamming family of companies. My dress it's really horrible, it's soo difrent from the foto, a cheap hand work, the size was fine out of breast which is 10 size bigger then normal, anyway don't lose you're money with them to order.

With a lot of financial issues going on I truly didn't have the funds needed to purchase from a bridal store. I searched countless sites and stumbled upon dressilyme.com. The reviews were up in the air and I saw quite a few negative reviews ( one of which even spoke of a terrible fish smell) I was very skeptical and then I found a picture of a dress and fell in love so I took the leap. My dress came in right on schedule in a box that I have NO earthly idea as to how they managed to fit a dress of such a size in. I opened the box and the dress was BEAUTIFUL. The only obvious tell tale sign that it was a replica was that there was no designer label on the inside. The beading was to the "T" and the quality was far beyond my prayers for the price I paid. I recommend this to any bride on a budget who isn't all whinny about every little thing.
Bought a wedding dress from this company, the dress that arrived was the wrong dress and damaged. They tried to blame the damage on Fedex, I informed them that we have documentation of the box being opened and the dress coming out of their bag damaged. Runs in the material and all the beads falling off.
Emma in customer service told us that they design the dresses for he beads to fall off. What? They have never admitted that it is also the wrong dress.
We have tried for months to work with them to resolve the issues. We have been offered a $5 coupon. While I do agree that the dress is worth less than $5 they charged much more for it. It is basically a rag or a childs toy.
We are now forced to file complaints with the BBB, BCA and FTC. They have a numerous chances to solve this problem and refuse to do so.
The dress has never been used and sits in the box it came in.
If you do a little research you will see that when they receive a bad review on one of these sites they make fake profiles to try and off set the negative reviews.
Please do not trust this company.
I ordered a dress from them and I paid to have it customized to me. The dress took nearly two months to come to me and not only was it NOT customized, the dress has huge tears in it. I contacted dressilyme to have my money refunded and they REFUSE. They only offer me 15 bucks. I am contacting whoever I can to get my money back.
I was looking for an evening dress and I found one on dressilyme.com. I had concerns about the size, cause I am very skinny and I was not sure that the dress will fit me well, but finally I decided to buy it. I ordered the dress in lilac. I received the dress on time; it is very beautiful evening dress with embroidery. The quality of the satin and tulle is very good; the floor length hemline is also OK. But my only notice is that the zipper does not close to the top well. Excepting this I could recommend them.
I was so excited when I first found there site because they had a picture of the dress I wanted it took two and a half months for me to get my dress and it's horrible not the correct fit and the stitching is totally off now I have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off looking for another dress this was definitely wasted money please do not buy from this site!
Do not be tempted to order from this company. I have tried the made to order service which was customer made for someone but not for me and not to my measurements. Stupidly I then tried the standard size route which was way too smsll! The outfits look great but in reality are cheap looking and poorly made. Save your money do not order from this company! They make you take photos, measurements and then suggest you take it to be altered somewhere locally! This cost more than the outfits.
This is to balance out the 5 Stars! They are Horrible! They send me a Wedding Gown too small almost two sizes smaller than what they put on their size chart!

After they send you something horrible and when you request Exchange not even return they will tell you to give it as a Donation and buy a new one from them again! That is how Nonsense they are!
I do not want what happen to me to happen to anyone. Then again my bridesmaids I ordered together arrive after the wedding. They gave me a reason they put the bridesmaids dresses order on hold because I was arguing with them about the wedding own wrong sized which arrived before...? Seriously? They were not even in the same order! They will forget what you order after they collect your money and will give this funny reason!

The color was totally different and it was awful material and didn't even fit. Email back and forth with no happy outcome and stuck with this dreadful piece of clothing they called a dress. I ordered three dresses from the site and my mother ordered another-- all for my wedding. My mother and one of the bridesmaid dresses were the wrong colors. My mother's and my dresses were made quite terribly that we had to take to seamstresses. My dress was actually so bad it was irreparable. I contacted dressilyme.com multiple times. They said that the repairs would be $10. Eighty dollars later and I still do not have a dress that I can wear. They also claimed that the dress should have a "wrap" front, when the pictures and two professionals that I showed the pictures from the dressilyme.com website agree that it was a short front, not a wrap. Additionally, my dress was made about 3 sizes too big. Besides the color problem, the bridesmaid dresses were fine.
Dressilyme.com offered me a discount on another dress, but why would I ask for another dress from a company that helped ruin my wedding?
Ordered a prom dress for my daughter, supposed to arrive in in 4-5 weeks, week five I email them to ask about its progress and was told it would be another 2-3 weeks for completion and 1 week for shipping. I told them to cancel the order it wouldn't be here on time and after numerous emails I was told I could only get 2/3 of my money back. I figure I'd cut my losses and learned a $50 lesson. Their prices are very tempting but Don't be lured in once they get your money they are not giving it back and there's not much you can do about it.
I ordered my wedding dress to my measurements. The dress did arrive in quick time around 4 weeks but I was beyond disappointed. Not only was the colour not right and horrible, the material cheap and tacky but the dress was far too big and too short. I had multiple communications with Dresily demanding a refund as I could not have it altered or fixed to be longer and they were rude and unhelpful. They blamed me for not giving them correct measurements and made me send multiple pictures of me taking my measurements. My measurements were correct and they were clearly at fault but they would not give me a refund. Their solution was to send me extra fabric to add to the bottom. I am now $340 out of pocket and have had to source another dress. I repeat do not order from them and I suspect the majority of positive reviews you see are from them and they would not post my negative review on their website.
