BOUGHT A DRESS, SENT ME THE WRONG DRESS, WRONG COLOR, WRONG EVERYTHING AND SAID THEY JUST USE WHAT'S ON HAND TO MAKE THE DRESS. WTF! SO IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER---YOU WON'T GET IT. DO NOT GO HERE, NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

We ordered a formal gown from this website for our daughter to wear to the prom. The dress she wanted was beautiful in the picture. It was wine-colored (wine was the only color option) and form-fitting and was very beautiful and elegant. $130.00 When the dress arrived (about 3 weeks), it was nothing at all like the picture. It is not wine-cored, it is more like a bright cherry color and the top and the bottom are two different colors of cherry, and the two colors clash. Flora (with the website) said the dress on their website looked darker because the picture was taken in dark lighting? And, the waistband is totally different. Not all all flattering like it was in the website picture.
Also, the dress is not at all form-fitting like it was in the picture. Our daughter is a standard size 6 so we ordered the size 6. We also went to a major department store for her to try on formal dresses just to double-check her size before we ordered (as suggested on the website). Our daughter is tall and thin and the dress hangs on her like a sack. It seems more like a size 10 than a size 6. Flora (with the website) said that she talked to the seamstress and the seamstress said that she had "tailored" it for our daughter. That is not true because we did not request that the dress be tailored since we knew what size to order and we did not send our daughter's measurements for customizing. Also, we were not charged for tailoring so again, it was NOT "tailored" for our daughter.
The bottom of the dress has MANY puffy layers (unlike the dress on the website). The dress looks more like a Disney princess dress from the 1970's and a dress that a Disney princess would wear only if her other dresses were at the dry cleaners. What 17-year-old girl wants to wear a bright, two-toned cherry, 1970's Disney princess dress to the prom? And since I've been trying to get a refund (and return the dress), this dress is suddenly "no longer available'...
Again, do not order from this website. Heed my warning (and other's warnings!) And good luck trying to reason with anyone on this website on the many reasons why you want to return a $130 dress. Your time would be better spent banging your head against the wall! I guess we'll take this hideous ($130) dress to Goodwill so someone can wear it next Halloween. This was an expensive lesson learned. I would rather have just thrown the money in the trash instead of "giving" it to this website.
