I am very very displeased with this website. I ordered a number of things and almost every single item came about 3 sizes to small. I looked up the return policy and emailed support to get the return address as stated. They ask for my order number and sku number for my items I wanted to return which I supplied. They then said that the warehouse is in Hong kong and that I would need to pay the return shipping to send it back to them. I agree said I would pay it and ask it I would a refund for those products once received, Lucia said from Dresshead said that I would and stated the warehouse once again was in hong kong. I told her I understood and ask for the address once again. This stated June 26,2020 and every email I receive from Lucia says "The warehouse is in Hong Kong you will need to pay return shipping to us." No address has been sent. Im getting frustrated, I feel like they are trying to stall past their 30day return policy and then will try to say its not eligible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!

Dresshead is one awful sight! I would not recommend to anyone buy from this company! I ordered two dresses and a pair of sandals 2 months ago and they have yet to show up! I cannot track it nor can I contact them they have a customer service number but it's not even a functioning number. Just don't waste your time and cause yourself unnecessary stress! Just don't is not worth it. I would have provided a picture of my merchandise that are ordered but since I never received anything I can't put a picture on here

I'm a teen from the USA and I ordered $200 worth of clothes. I received everything I ordered 3 days earlier than the date it was said which is so good, and everything was clean and neatly packaged and good material. The customer service workers reply very fast and are very helpful. Before my order shipped they ran out of a certain clothing that I ordered so the nice worker emailed me to ask me if I wanted my money back and I said no I would rather get a different clothing that costs the same so the company won't lose any money and the lady actually let me pick out a different clothing item from the website, and it actually came in the mail, that's how trustworthy and nice this company is. The shipping didn't take long even though the clothes did come from China. It took less than a month to come to America. Trust me y'all if it was a scam I would've gave it 0 stars lmfaoo but it's not a scam it's a trustworthy website so it deserves 5 stars for June 2020.

The first order I sent was for two dresses, they were both supposed to be my size, but when they came they were way to small, and they wouldn't return them without me paying shipping to china... then I gave them a second chance and when I got my order they sent the wrong items and never would return my emails. They are thieves and dishonest.

I've been waiting a month for my items. Dresshead has been contacting me through emails. There is not a phone number to contact them and nobody to file a complaint with. I have gotten over 50 emails with several different stories about my order. One day they say they're sending it the next day they say they're refunding my money then they say they're sending it again then they say it's out of stock. And I don't think they can read because they've asked for my address over 10 times. And I never got my merchandise or my money back and it has been over a month.

I shop on dresshead.com once a month I usually load up on whatever is new in that suits my taste. I have brought over 100 pieces since I've been a shopper and I have received free points 4 reward items and I absolutely love that policy my advice for anyone who needs to save money while maintaining their fashion is to please check out this website I do not work there I have not received compensation for writing this review. I speak finally of this company as I am a satisfied customer all the time I'm out I get compliments here in Las Vegas about my fashion choices and I always tell him dresshead.com so if you have never tried online shopping do not hesitate to check out this website. Always read the measurements on the sizing guide as online shopping can be tricky but as long as you read the measurements your outfit should fit you perfectly they also have shoes Handbags and accessories as well as lingerie you will not be disappointed.
