Totally dissatisfied due to size ordered. Nothing should ever be advertised if they aren't going to be close to shoe size. I supposedly ordered a whole size bigger but couldn't even get my foot into the boot. I've contact Dream Pairs through their website hopefully going to be compensated for the cost.
I will never buy from this company again. I bought two pairs of shoes and ended up having to pay as much shipping to ship them back as I would have for one of the shoes to keep. It was their fault that the sizing was not correct. I always wear an 8 1/2. I was told that I would be able to get a 15% off coupon. I was not OK with that. I was then told I could get a 20% off coupon. I was not OK with that because I couldn't get that as a new customer they were not willing to match what I had to pay and shipping towards even credits for another pair of shoes the customer service is horrible. I will never buy off of them again.

Bought kids shoes which fell apart completely after two months. Holes in the sides showed up after a month of light to moderate use. By the second month the body of the shoe was separating from the rubber rendering them unusable.
Sent an email regarding the poor quality assurance, but they never bothered to respond.

It's a shame the shoes were cute, however the all round customer service was the worst ever. The customer manager Ruby was rude, unhelpful with the return. The shoes run small and shipping for exchanges and or refunds are at your own cost. You will also pay for shipping again when you reorder. I bought two pairs of shoes. The first pair were great so I ordered a second. The second pair for poorly. The return policy is terrible you have to pay for shipping which can be expensive. I'm hoping I will get a refund as I've read that some people don't.

I do have one pair that I ordered from Amazon, which I did like. However I try to minimize my purchases from Amazon, so I tried ordering direct the next time. The shoes were too small and when I tried returning them, it was a nightmare. They don't do free returns and they require that you keep the original shoe box, which is ridiculous. It's a piece of cardboard.

I've had these black knit booties for about 5 years. I get lots of compliments. It's getting close to time to replace them but it seems they're gone. Oh well, they still look okay and are comfy so I will wear them into the ground. So sad I can't get more

They have NO size chart for ordering. The sandals were too big & the customer must pay return shipping cost ($10.85) and they will not refund your original shipping ($6.99). So, when the shoes don't fit and you have to return them, you've ended up paying about $17.84 to have merely TRY THEM ON. Then they get to re-sell the same sandals again and again to unsuspecting customers. That's bad business to not offer a sizing chart and then penalize your customers for it. DO NOT BUY THEM!

Great Quality, Color, Fit, and look. These are really cute and I liked them so much that I bought another pair but in white. I think the shoe could have a little more padding on the bottom and sides to where the foot lays in, but other than that, I think these are beautiful. The fabric feels like velvet almost (So super soft) on the outside. The color is vibrant and I hope will stay like this for long. The quality of the shoe feels and looks great and I think will hold up nicely for a while.

I just recently ordered a cute pair of shoes from Dream Pairs, they fit tight in the toes, so I wanted to return them. I ordered the DPU2 14 Chunky Low Block Heel Pumps Comfort Oxfords Shoes Casual Loafers in Navy. I wrote to the company, they wrote back suggesting I keep the shoes. If I wanted to return, I had two choices: a 40% off coupon for a different pair of shoes, or a 30% refund. I wrote back questioning the options, was again instructed what my options would be, they do not offer a full refund. I would be responsible for shipping costs to send the shoes back. So the shipping costs would be just about how much I'd be getting in a refund. I'm really disappointed, I've never dealt with a company that did not offer a full refund. I would not recommend this company, if the shoes don't fit you're pretty much stuck.

I bought a pair of navy round slip in pumps and thought I would be delighted. Much to my dismay, the second time worn, they touched the steps on Easter Sunday and there's a big gouge on the toe. When I called Ruby in customer service today, she listened and then dead silence - really? The product is made of a faux leather which can be scrapped off within much pressure. Shoes are supposed to be durable and not so delicate that it can be ruined without much effort! She essentially said too bad so sad. Wearer error. It's really alarming that there was no remorse or customer service or some kind of remedy.

So basically, you are paying Dream Pairs company to try on their shoe. This is not how an online retail establishment should be set up. By not paying for the shipping on returns, the company is telling the consumer upfront that they don't back up their product. If the company trusted in their product, then they would offer the option to return the items for free because there wouldn't be many returns. The fact that they don't offer this supports the idea that their product will most likely be returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
