They have NO size chart for ordering. The sandals were too big & the customer must pay return shipping cost ($10.85) and they will not refund your original shipping ($6.99). So, when the shoes don't fit and you have to return them, you've ended up paying about $17.84 to have merely TRY THEM ON. Then they get to re-sell the same sandals again and again to unsuspecting customers. That's bad business to not offer a sizing chart and then penalize your customers for it. DO NOT BUY THEM!
