False advertisement Painful shoes

I am a flight attendant and purchased 2 styles of these shoes at first, the regular slip on pump and the mary jane style pump. I understand there needs to be a "breaking in period" for shoes, however after several occasions of wearing these pumps I ended up purchasing a solution to help loosen the shoe in areas such as the small toe area. After just an hour of wearing these shoes my feet were in severe pain. My mistake was to buy another pair thinking it was the design of the shoe...only to find out I had the same problem. So I am stuck with 4 prs of these shoes that will never be worn again.
AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!

Tip for consumers:

They should not claim these as an "all day wear" type shoe. they are a bit heavy and not comfortable at all, plus the return and refund policy are not customer friendly at all.

Products used:

I used all the pairs of shoes I ordered, however none of them were an "all day wear" type shoe. And the shoes set of the metal detector at the airport and I am a flight attendant so this delayed my travels for work.
