Dorm Co

I was a little intimidated by all the things my new freshman would need to begin his college journey and DormCo really made it easy by having pre made bundles with all the necessities included. I looked at different YouTube videos of what he would need and it was all there for me. After comparing prices to see how much it would cost to order things individually... the price was very competitive and made our shopping easy. Very well organized

Their ordering process is quick & easy. But the quality of the product for the $$ you spend is not worth it. This is my 2nd order & still don't feel this company is up to par in quality. 1st order was returned but thought I should give them a second chance... they won't get a third. I bought a clearance quilt for $21. Normally $73. No way it's worth $73! I'm only keeping because I hastly threw packaging away. Has yet to be washed & seams falling apart (pictured) And it's worthless for warmth - thickness pictured. How is this DORM bedding? It would be impossible to keep a college kid warm. It you're looking for something to look "pretty" or cool - ok but it you think this is going to be daily, durable bedding... umm, not happening.

The iron truck arrived 2 days earlier than projected plus! Awesome trunk! The only negative I can say is that the little metal part that sticks out for the lock to go thru got bent by the airlines and we had to get pliers to unbend it before we could open it. One of the wheels almost fell off bc a bolt and washer fell off during fly- hindsight we should hv checked it... but all was remedy w- a trip to Hm Depot and some lock tite in the bolt this time :) very pleased with the trunk for my kids dorm needs. Great for a 1900 mile away school move!

We recently purchased the 100% complete bedding essentials dorm room package. I like the fact that you can build your own package, or choose from one of their packs. We were"t sure if it would arrive on time, so We added in the two-day express service. The package was due Monday! According to the website... But to our surprise, it was received on Friday. Woo Hoo! Awesome. This site has all your dorm room essentials and then some. All the items are over top beautiful. Our daughter couldn't stop smiling. I can't thank you enough... 5 stars from us all the way, I Must give a great thanks to Taylor a Dorm Co. CSR/Representative, Very Knowledgeable and Helpful!

We bought the DormCo 44 bundle for my daughters college freshman dorm room. The price for the bundle could not be beat anywhere (if trying to purchase items individually)! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the products and materials were soooo nice! A definite great buy for on-line shopping and not having to go to multiple stores! I highly recommend DormCo. It was a little tricky selecting the items in the bundle. We simply opened a separate browser to look at the different comforters, towels, sheets, etc options. This method helped us make the selections in our bundle order. So much time saved in getting daughter ready for college.

This company is absolutely terrible! After receiving a comforter that smelled terrible of chemicals, I washed it according to the tags instructions to a tee! The comforter had large hard spots throughout! When going back and forth with their awful customer service, it was determined I would not be refunded. They are accusing me of washing it wrong. Stating that there is no way it would have hard spots after washing. The offered to replace it. No way! Why would I want another awful product that I can not wash (following tags instructions)?! Do not shop with this company!

I was a little worried when my 200$ couch arrived completely smashed as if it had been run over. I got in contact with customer service and without hesitation they sent a new one out and even let me keep the smashed one. Overall its extremely comfortable and I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

We needed something to block the sunlight coming in through the courthouse windows in order for our temperature scanner to work correctly. These were just what we needed in order to use a shower curtain rod to keep from defacing the old woodwork of the 200 year old building. The loops work well with 2 options of hanging them, through the grommets or the tabs open up for the bigger shower curtain tension rod too.

Although the boxes took a while to arrive, I'm glad I chose to ship from dorm to home through dorm co. I was able to fill them to capacity and go over the weight on the labels provided. Dorm co covered all the overage charges. Considering I had a penny board to send to Texas from my dorm in California, I'm certain the box with that item was way over the 16 lbs I paid for. I got the mega box kit, and it was enough boxes for my clothes, shoes, skateboard, dishes, towels, robe, toiletries, comforter, mattress topper, books, pencils, and even my desk lamp.

I ordered two items, the Mini Shelf Supreme and the matching night stand. One of the Mini Shelf Supreme's shelves was bent when I opened the box. It was the day before we moved my son in the dorm, so there was not time to send it back. I was very disappointed considering the price I paid for it. The night stand was fine but did not fit in his room. I ended up bringing it back home. Both pieces seemed very sturdy and heavy, so I'm sure the damage was from the manufacturer and not done in shipping. I called and they did offer to possibly replace the shelf if I could send in pictures. However, I'm still waiting on my son to send the pictures to me. Who knows when that will be?
