Nicole was very nice and super helpful! I had returned a bodysuit about a week ago and was wondering when my store credit would hit. Nicole was able to see that the return was almost there, and she proceeded to give me store credit. Super helpful!

I have trouble finding clothes in my size because i am for 4'11 and about 90 pounds and im 18 years old so dressing like my age is hard when most stores don't sell clothes for people this small. But dolls kill has the most unique clothes and i think i spend too much of my free time scrolling through everything on there on a daily basis and just wanting almost everything. The clothes has really raised my confidence and i get so many compliments on my style nowadays. As for customer service, they are just as amazing as the clothes. They answer my emails within ten minutes. Always helpful on the phone. Just absolutely great and i'm so thankful for this company!

Ordered two pairs of boots. The pricing was about what they were on other sites (though, I found one on Sale on the original Brand's website for like $30 cheaper, which was kind of annoying). One didn't fit at all, one is a little weirdly fitted but alright, and when I went to check the refund policy, I was discouraged that I can't get a refund. It is a "refund for store credit". And with shipping cost each way, it wouldn't be worth it to send it back unless I was getting a real refund. The quality on them seemed good. They arrived fast. I just think that only offering store credit isn't a great call. Won't order again. Ordered the same size shoe I always wear so the fact one was so small I couldn't even get it on, shows that I can't trust the sizing. And if I can't order with the comfort of knowing if it doesn't fit I'm not out the full cost of the item, then I will just go somewhere else. I also got charged $25 for shipping taxes, but it does say on the website that they don't cover shipping taxes for international orders. I didn't see it when I ordered, but when I checked it did so. It caught me by surprise, but it was my fault for not reading the thing fully.

The website makes everything look fancy (perhaps due to the relatively high prices, especially for what you get). But when I received my order I was SO disappointed with the quality. Everything looks and feels cheap, breakable and uncomfortable, the fabrics make you sweat heavily and there's lots of unnecessary plastic/waste from the packaging. BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE. The worst part is that I ordered a pricey bracelet which on the website looked like it was made of metal. Guess what? It was plastic mixed with TOXIC chemicals with an actual health warning on it, saying it can expose to lead (which is deadly). What the heck? Are they trying to poison their customers? Furthermore, they don't actually take returns, they only give you store credit (and I sure as hell don't want anything else from their shop, so had to throw the dangerous "jewellery" away).

I have never had an issue with Dolls Skill! The products I've ordered arrived just when I was told they would arrive and they have come in perfect condition. I've chatted with the staff for help a couple times and they have always been prompt at responding and have been very thorough and knowledgable as far as answering my questions. I absolutely recommend this website and look forward to returning as a customer for my festival needs.
