I ordered an item in XS off the website when all other sizes in the product was sold out. I was mistakenly sent a M in the product and reached out to Dolls Kill to bring it to their attention. I understand that accidents happen and it was a big week for edm fashion because it was the weeks leading up to edc when I made my order. Their customer service team got back to me in less than 24 hours and it took less than 30 minutes to have my issue resolved. They told me I did not have to send the item back and confirmed with me that they still didn't have the right item in stock, which I still am understanding of, and they issued me a full refund in store credit. I am very pleased with how this was handled in professionalism and time.
