The fact that there is a chat where you can get INSTANT help is honestly the best thing ever! I hate having to wait for emails until the next day because I just get anxious but all the people in the chat reply to you within minutes and are all super nice!

I always love shopping with Dolls Kill because they have great customer service, and they always have cute new stuff. I wish their return process was faster (store credit only, and 7 days after its received) as sometimes the correct size is sold out by the time I get my credit... but I still shop here ALL the time because it totally worth it.
