I had the incorrect shipping address listed for my package and needed to update it to the correct one. I messaged Dollz Kill customer service via the chat option on their site and they responded quickly and were able to update my shipping address! I was very satisfied with my customer service, fast response and ability to fix my situation!

I placed my order almost 10 days ago using the standard, it should arrive me at least yesterday but it didn't. I'm kinda upset but i still want what i ordered, it has to say that i don't live in US but in Italy so it's probably because of travel, but if they're gonna tell me 10 days and then it's more of it, it kinda sucks. I hope my order will arrive soon and then i guess i won't take anything anymore.
