When buying cheap things off Dolls Kill, you expect to only be paying for that. I'm from the Uk and I didn't realise I had to pay for it to be released by Customs. It's not Dolls Kills fault at all but it's kinda annoying. The customs I paid for was £12 but that was for two orders.
However as soon as you release it from Customs, it came to me the very next day which was handy:)
Overall the quality of DollsKill's items is really soft and pretty. It's exactly as shown in the photo. I've been guilty of sleeping in the clothes I bought because they were just so comfy :)
I tried to track my order that was given within the app but it never loaded up. I sent an email asking them for help and they were really fast at responding and helping me out! Honestly the best customer service there is on any fashion brand and the quality is honestly amazing. I normally buy things when things are on sale or there's free shipping and it becomes a bargain!

Just a quick chat experience today with Elisa. I was looking for the cheeseburger sneakers. I should have bought them when I saw them b/c now they're gone! NOOOOOOOOO! Asked if more are coming. Elisa answered my question right away and was cool about it. She told me to keep a look out in the future. I think she really wants me to have cheeseburger sneakers, too! Maybe they'll come back? Please?

I placed an order and they started a sale about an hour later. I contacted them and they promptly canceled the original order no questions asked.
They got back to me as quick as possible and my situation was a bit complicated but they were patient and easily solved my problem without making it more complicated :)
I shipped my items back and return process was easy, just keep in mind you will only receive store credit

Very helpful and kind review. I fell in love with the green freaky fresh belted set and have been following it since it first ran out of small (but not all sizes). I love the style and wanted to ask about a potential restock. Sadly, I was told there are no plans to restock but the associate was super friendly and nice. I also think it's unusual to be able to get a read on potential restocks but I really appreciated the transparency!
The process of returning items is extremely long but customer service was able to push my credit through when I asked!
