I really love the new additions to the site (like plus size and MOOP information!) and even though i had a very strange glitch happen that pladed a rather large and unintentional order, the customer service representatives were very helpful, quick and solved my problem as best as it could be done :)

I wanted to make purchases on Dollskill so i put all the items in my shopping cart then when i wanted to checkout and pay, it was not working. I tried so many times and it was blocked.So, i wrote to the contact service and they responded to me right away.We wrote 12 messages to each other until it was Ok and i could checkout. Also, there was a mistake at the checkout, it went for 2 orders instead of one.The contact service was awesome and refund me the extra order right away.It took a whole day to fix the issue and i am so so grateful

I placed an order for a coat and started to worry that maybe I purchased the wrong size. It was after business hours that I messaged them asking if it could possibly change the size. I then messaged never mind that I was going to keep it the same. The next morning they still reached out to me even though I had said not to worry about it and checked the order and described the fit to me and decided that I had made the right choice. As always they said if I changed my mind I could simply return/exchange it and I loooooovveee how often they do free returns! They even checked the status of a couple orders for me.
