I had seen so many influencers showing items they had either purchased or received and I just loved what they had so I had wanted to check out your website! I lived everything I saw! I ordered a couple of items and everything came true to its size and everything looked exactly how it was displayed on the website and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the clothes was also really great which made me even happier about everything. Thank you so much for being a great brand!

I had a minor issue with a return and I swear the company bent over backwards trying to make things work for me. I am so thankful for the hard work that goes into making this business everything it is and the personal service you get from each and every person you speak with. By far, one of the best and more personable customer service experiences I've had with anyone and that alone would make me more inclined to purchase from them (if the clothes weren't already killer!).
I had to make a return on a skirt I absolutely adored, and I emailed customer service expressing my concern that the store credit would take up to two weeks to be put in my account. I was worried the skirt would be out of stock by then. They asked for my tracking number and put the store credit into my account instantly! They listen to their customers and do everything they can to help them! I LOVE DOLLS KILL
I love how prompt the response was when I contacted customer service on a out stock issue. Thank you again Lindsey! I do wish their website allowed for exchanges rather than returning it for store credit and ordering it again once it's all processed. It a very time consuming process and there's always a possibility of the size running out before I'm able to order it again, which is what happened.
Dolls kill has been my go to store for much needed shopping sprees and splurges. Their one of a kind digs have my girlfriends constantly complimenting me and asking where I got this and that, Dolls Kill of course. This store has the most unique style for every kind of doll. I'll shop Dolls Kill forever.
I purchased $60 worth of things from Dolls skill almost a month ago and feel like their company really takes advantage of the customer. I bought a shirt, belt, and skirt after seeing they had a nice sale going. Since my purchase was over $50, economy shipping was free (could upgrade to 2-5 days for $4.95). I went with the economy because usually places don't take super long when it comes to their free/basic shipping. I received the items about 10 days later and everything was great except the skirt. Although advertised as sheer, I did not notice is was a wrap around skirt. The ribbon to tie it on felt like cheap present ribbon from the dollar store. It was also made of a horrible polyester and more sheer than expected. I kept the shirt (which definitely ran small, as an XL was skin tight and I normally wear a M-L) and the belt (the latch is now getting stuck and the design appears to be printed cheaply). I would have returned more, but they DO NOT have money refunds, only store credit. What a joke lol. I returned the skirt via their free shipping service and it arrived at their warehouse around 10 days later. After I noticed on the tracking that it had been back safely for 4 days, I went their online chat to ask where my credit was. Once I asked, it was credited back to my account in 30 minutes. I should not have to ask for my money or "credit" back because it's their total responsibility. To make things even more inconvenient, they make you pay shipping again for your exchange even if your first purchase qualified for free shipping. So even though I have a $28 credit, almost $5 of it has to go to shipping for my new item. Stupid and lame. What if I wanted to buy two different sizes of one thing and had to accept store credit for the one that doesn't work? I know that I was aware of their store credit policy, however it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. Why is your company so money hungry? 90% of the items I'm interested in are either sold out or out of stock. How am I supposed to use my credit if the company isn't restocking and providing the customer with more options? They're just taking advantage of trendy styles and put on a cutesy facade, but are really just ripping you off.
Poor quality and WORSE customer service
I purchased a pair of boots june 9 and the sole is already detaching. When notifying customer service all they said was unfortunately they do nothing for used items and would give me a courtesy 10% discount on my next full priced item. What!? Why would I purchase anything else from this company if a boot doesn't last more than 2 months and you do nothing about it knowing the quality is poor. Them doing absolutely nothing and then trying to get more money from me was insulting and a slap in the face. Not a good way to do business if you want to stay in business
I spent several hundred dollars on several pairs of shoes from this site that did not fit properly. I returned them right away, only to find out I have store credit. I don't want store credit. I want my $300+ back.
I returned these items RIGHT AWAY, in original packaging with my receipt. Where's my refund?

I've been shopping with Dollskill for a few years now as an overseas customer. Never been let down, shipping rates are very reasonable, and it always delivers in good time. Incredible range of brands I can't get in the UK and staff have been super helpful and sweet on the couple of occasions I've needed them.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
