DollsKill's online retail boutique has a great selection of clothes and shoes from both well-known brands and smaller independent retailers and designers. I have purchased from DollsKill primarily for attire for Burning Man for the last two years and have been tremendously satisfied with my purchases. Their customer service team is incredibly helpful and attentive.

This online shop is all about the service and delivering awesome products. Even if there is a complication with the product or whatever, they will help you and are totally friendly! I'm from the Netherlands and importing products can be a trouble. But i LOVE shopping at Dollskill!

So i wanted the sheriff boots (pink) and I thought i missed the restock and ashley was SO SWEET and explained to me the process of a partial restock vs. a full restock and let me ask twenty questions without every being sassy, snarky, annoyed, etc. and i've bothered y'all on instagram and called in about these dang boots (lol plz restock the pink sheriff shine boots-size 11 :)) and i just really appreciate how in depth y'all go with your customer care.

I can't even fully express into words how much I love Dolls Kill. When I discovered it over a year ago, I wanted EVERYTHING. To this day I check it everyday to peep the newest stuff. They have awesome brands at affordable prices, Their sales are epic, and they have them often. Everything I've ever bought I've been extremely satisfied with, never had to return anything ( just check out their size charts and follow what they say in terms of fit and you can't go wrong) and I constantly get compliments on the products I get from them.
I mistakenly entered an old address into the shipping information, and I reached out via text to customer service. They were very prompt in answering my questions and correcting my mistaken shipping address. I appreciate this fast and convenient customer service option.
