After hearing about dolls kills product quality from a friend I thought I'd order myself something to see what the fuss is all about!
I ordered my item but couldn't find my order confirmation. I contacted the team at Dolls Kill and got a response from Angelica wanting to help sort out my issue. The communication back and forth was quick and super friendly and reassuring. Angelica looked through orders on her side and was able retrieve my order confirmation she sent it through to me!
Cannot fault this process at all!

I ordered some shoes and a pants chain. Got the shoes, the pants chain didn't come but I got some earrings instead. Texted customer service Saturday about it, Paige replied Sunday and told me that they'd see if they had the item I was missing, and the chain reshipped for free Monday, and I got to keep the earrings. And the whole time, I felt like my problem was being listened to, I know customer service can often be really cold and course but Paige was super warm and friendly, and as someone with anxiety, it felt really comforting to talk to her and know my problem was gonna be taken care of. 10/10, will shop again.
Honestly, the service here is amazing. I was searching for something very specific and was having some issues finding it. So I messaged them through their Facebook and within 24 hours I got a response with exactly what I was looking for! It was amazing. I attached the picture of the shirt I was looking for but was struggling to find.
