Somehow my order from dolls kill got delivered to a completely different state then from where I had written down my mailing address. Very quickly I got in contact via email from using their helpline email and was contacted with a lovely person called Paige. Paige confirmed the error and had another order shipped out to me for free! The whole exchange was very pleasant and I'm very grateful for the service! Now I get to start my final year at University with some cute accessories!

Im very upset.

Don't get me wrong I love dollskill and their clothes but with returning items i di not realise you had to pay to return your order. Im from the UK but I assumed that returning would be free as most websites offer that. Im just annoyed that it states no where that outside of the US you have to pay to return. Now i'm stuck with what to do because I have a skirt thats too big and costed £38 and prices to ship a small parcel to the US is over priced.

I had a question about an item i want that is out of stock. I contacted Dolls Kill and received an email the next day from Kaylin. She was super nice and gave me all the information i needed. I love their positive attitude at this company. Everytime i need something, they take the time to get back with me and i love their stuff! The T shirts I ordered are really unique and great quality, got lots of compliments and the shipping was fast. It took a couple extra days to initially ship out because they had a sale, but when I emailed to check they got back to me right away and assured it was shipping soon, and they had great customer service when they got back to me about my order too, then I got the delivery at home a couple days later :)

I recently bought a dress from Dolls Kill and it's my favourite piece of clothing right now! The quality is so good and I've had so many compliments on it. I also recently had an issue with tracking an order but I emailed their customer service and I received a reply almost instantly!
