I always love my purchases, they are always true to the pictures on the website. Always top quality. I bought some shoes that i still wear to this day. I just ordered a new jacket and since i moved and forgot to update my address they were still able to make the change and i will be getting my new jacket soon

I placed my order 3 hours before the Labor Day sale (which I didn't even think about dollskill having a labor sale totally my fault) so when I woke up the next day I saw it. I was bummed cause I spent an extra 50ish bucks. I emailed customer service to see if I get a credit and to my surprise they said YES! I was shocked because it wasn't even their fault yet they still looked out for me. My fav place to buy clothes and I have had never had a problem with any of my items.
This has been my first experience ordering off of Dolls Kill. Although I've visited the site quite a few times, I just recently decided to indulge. When I placed my order using my Apple Pay, I didn't realize my shipping address to my old address in a completely different state. I panicked because I ordered them on a Friday night so their contact number was no help until Tuesday & I thought that would be too late. Fortunately, they have a number you can text instead of call. I was so relieved when Kayla texted back & said my shipping address has been change on my order. By far the best online shopping experience I've had. I can't wait to receive my shoes. 10/10 recommend.
Kayla was amazing! I put the wrong address on my order and I placed it on a weekend. I was afraid that the order would be processed and shipped before they were able to change the address since operational hours are Monday through Friday 9-5, so I texted them over the weekend to be safe. She changed my address and confirmed that everything was good outside of operational hours. Thanks again Kayla <3

Today i contacted Dollskill on Twitter to ask a question, I got an answer back within the hour and got my final answer in less than 5 minutes and a quick back and forwards. The staff was very cordial and Im really satisfied with the customer service.
I love this shop! I can never find cute clothes like this in stores but it's all here on this site. And their customer service is great. Very cool and accommodating people

However, customer service has always been excellent, response time great, very mindful and courteous staff. i'm thankful that this is one of my favorite online stores because they never let me down.

Shipping is lighting fast, and that is my favorite part about it. Customer service is sweet and care about giving you the best service possible.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
