I always love my purchases, they are always true to the pictures on the website. Always top quality. I bought some shoes that i still wear to this day. I just ordered a new jacket and since i moved and forgot to update my address they were still able to make the change and i will be getting my new jacket soon

Kayla was amazing! I put the wrong address on my order and I placed it on a weekend. I was afraid that the order would be processed and shipped before they were able to change the address since operational hours are Monday through Friday 9-5, so I texted them over the weekend to be safe. Today i contacted Dollskill on Twitter to ask a question, I got an answer back within the hour and got my final answer in less than 5 minutes and a quick back and forwards. The staff was very cordial and Im really satisfied with the customer service.
