Was worried about about my order because a couple days had gone by and I had yet to receive any confirmation of my purchase. This was extra stressful because I needed my outfit for a festival in a few days. I contacted them and they had found my order and sent me tracking information with a day! Soo thankful and can't wait to wear my outfit!

I placed an order for a purse and then realized I should have waited to buy it so I emailed customer service and asked if I could cancel my order. After I sent the email I saw on the FAQ that they aren't able to cancel order because they process too quickly. But customer service emailed me back anyway and said she canceled it for me! The fact that she went out of her way to cancel it for me when she didn't have to meant a lot!

I purchased both my costume and my daughters costume from dolls kill they were amazing the quality of the material was awesome I got the stitched doll body suit and she got the kill carnival creep costume thank u soo much. Customer service was so nice because I had a minor issue with shipping they fixed it with no problem and I got my shipment on time. Thanks again will definitely order again

Received the incorrect item TWICE, sometimes they really f up, guess all the waiting and contacting was for nothing. Paid for belted surgical thigh high, got the cheaper gay version instead unbelted, well too bad so sad
