I had been waiting for my store credits from a return for about a week after they got it back. When I still didn't have them in my account and finally decided to contact support, they responded immediately and I had my credits in less than 15 minutes! Love this site.

Received a damaged item. Emailed them with pics and they replied within hours offering full refund (store credit). Didn't even ask for the damaged item back.The credit was issued quickly too.
I also noticed one of the items I was returning (wrong size, cute item) didn't have a price tag attached. Emailed just to make sure this was okay, and they said no problem. Can't wait to get my store credit so I can spend it!

Got sent the wrong jeans, ones are wanted went out of stock so they let meet keep the pair they sent me and gave me back a full refund on their site. Super stoked about that. Any other site would make me send the pair back so I think that's hella cool of them and doesn't cause me any trouble.

Shipping is not ideal, because when they post the tracking info for DHL the list the GM # which is not general tracking information. Please correct that on the website for easy tracking :) However, Customer service is always quick to respond.
