They waived their store credit only policy and refunded my card so I could reorder the items and get them shipped to my correct address in time for my event. This rainbow jam backpack was an amazing decision. It's even better quality in person than the website! Very happy with my order. I ordered a sweater and received it with a stain, no big deal. I contacted customer service and they responded in MINUTES. Yaritza (customer support) spoke with me about the matter and would have loved to exchange the item but it was out of stock. (No surprise because I got it on clearance). She instead gave me full store credit to my account and told me to keep the sweater.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
