I made an order through dolls kill for a shirt from the limited edition dollskill x hello kitty collaboration, dolls kill sent me an email with tracking info but it had been shipped with fedex and my purchase had made no movement since I received the email that it had been shipped out and it was stuck on pending through fedex shipping, so I reached out to dolls kill customer support and explaining my situation when I had ordered it and when it was expected by and sent them my order # and tracking # for confirmation of my order with them.
And their customer support agent Dakota was extremely sweet and helpful and sent me a free resend because my order had made no movement.
And I finally got the shirt I ordered much quicker with their free resend order! I appreciate it on dollskill that they would take the time to resend me my order and it makes me feel valued as a and but their customer support is extremely nice and helpful! And it was a over all good experience and if ever have any issues again I know that dolls kill support will be helpful and resolve any issues!
I was blown away recently by the excellent customer service provided when I returned an item. I accidentally returned an item meant for another retailer (returning the correct one to the other place), yet Dolls Kill still refunded my money! Thank you very much Dolls Kill :)
I recently purchased a coat from dolls kill. Unfortunately, the coat I received was the wrong size it was marked the correct size on the outside packaging but, was the wrong size once I unwrapped it.So, I called customer service they were very nice now, I'm getting the correct size and I get to keep the wrong size and gift it to a fellow dollskill lover! DOLLSKILL CUSTOMS FRAUD- I recently ordered some stuff from Dollskill and was anxious for it to arrive, as I had ordered to the US before with no problems. Only this time I'm back living in Brazil, but they assured that they ship internationally. That is until my package gets flagged by customs, because the said the value of what was sent was $37, and not the actual $134 I paid. I had to fill out a bunch of federal paperwork just to release the package, only to discover that when they were asked to change it, they declared it as $94, STILL WRONG. Now because of this, I have to pay triple what I paid in fines or my name will be dirty, which bars me from opening bank accounts and credit cards, buying a car and etc. this is all because they declared it wrong. And now they're saying that's just the way it is with international customs. Which is untrue because I've ordered from fashionnova multiple times to the same address with purchases of about this same cost with no issue. I'm a student with a $#*!ty job. I can't afford to pay like $600+ for something that should be only $130. Beware those who order international

My questions about orders have been answered promptly, and employees have taken the time to look up specific information for me about sizing, etc. Whenever I've needed to return an item the process has been smooth. Placed two large orders with DollsKill, one of my orders was for a pre-order item and I hadn't received a confirmation email and was worried something went wrong since the PayPal payment went through. Was helped quickly and all my questions were answered.
My second order arrived within two days of placing the order. Everything was amazing! Only one item wasn't quite right, and the return process was quite painless and they covered the shipping. Absolutely love this website!
They person who runs the dollskill twitter account help me ALOT with my order problem, they had accidentally sent me a broken pair of glasses so she called the wear house to see if they had any more and sent me a new pair free of charge
Unbelievable customer service! I had my own groovy boutique here in San Francisco so I know great service when I see it, I thought it was a lost art! Just want to thank you guyz for taking such good care of my return, while getting a store credit for me ASAP. The pants unfortunately did not work out for me so I exchanged them for a pair of rockin' Dr Martens! Can't wait to get them. Love you Dolls Kill!
