I purchased size 9 pink and yellow Impala rollerskates. They are true to size. I wear size 9 in women's. They Beautiful and great quality and super brand new condition with that new car smell. Lol. This was my 1st purchase with Dollz Kill and I want MORE! You won't be sorry, so just order it!

I have to say my experience was handled with the upmost care in a timely manner. Communication was superb! I received my shoes damaged and started the return process but I noticed inventory was low so I took a chance and emailed asking to have the same exact shoe replaced instead of waiting on the return process. They immediately emailed me back and after responding to their simple request of pictures they shipped my shoes to make sure I got my pair! Also with numerous follow up emails to make sure everything was ok! I'm happy!

These queens always text me back after office hours whenever I need them. They understand we're addicted to their clothing & need immediate responses. I had a slight issue with my order they graciously shipped my missing item immediately. I've been a customer since 2013 (vintage dolls kill) & they've always always always stayed consistent helping me with any questions or concerns. I've been ordering from Dolls Kill for about 5 years now - I'm always drawn in by their unique and high quality pieces. I've never had a problem with an order and everything always comes in a timely manner with great packaging. The shoes they sell specifically are fantastic - I always get so many compliments on them and can't find similar ones anywhere else. I recently had to contact customer service because PayPal automatically used an old address for shipping. I got a reply within MINUTES from a real customer service employee. They were so helpful and kind, I love buying from Dolls Kill and will continue to support them.

After making a mistake with my order, I emailed customer service describing my issue. I had chosen email to contact them because I was not able to make a phone call at the time. To my surprise, they responded within 10 minutes of my first email. This might of been a simple customer service interaction, but it shows they care about customer service. I have not had great interactions with customer services for other online stores before, so this experience was a breath of fresh air.

I ordered a gift card for my sister's Bday to be sent to her via email she never received it they never resolved or seemed very interested in helping therefore I ended up taking her to the Hollywood store now I ordered a Christmas dress and they ran out of that size I asked if I could switch it for medium to get the cyber Monday deal they said no you have to order it again they should had been more accommodation after they messed up twice.

I've been shopping at dollskill for about a year. It's kinda hit or miss with the fit because they host other brands but don't include that brand's size chart on the item's listing. I bought an elasticated crop top in a large and didn't pay attention to the brand, buying based off the default size chart. The top is extremely large on me, and since it's a strappy top it falls off. I bought a medium/large in a pair of underpants (dollskill brand) and those are just way too small. It's frustrating, especially when some brands don't have their own website to list a size chart anyways. Their clothes are nice quality, as are the shoes and jewelry.

Paypal automatically selected the wrong shipping address, and confirmed my order. I contacted dollskill, and two (Marivic and Lindsay) employees quickly addressed the problem.

They were pleasant to speak with, and were very patient with my anxiety about the situation. The error was corrected, and it was corrected FAST. (Less than 24 hours).

I opened up a package of shoes that were literally delivered just now and the packaging was atrocious. I ordered 3 pair of shoes and a skirt. Two out of three shoes fit from that package. The skirt fits perfectly. I ordered a large. Another package I received from them did it come in a cardboard box so the shoebox got completely destroyed. The packaging really truly sucks if you order more than two pair of shoes. They just stick it in a large box and hope for the best. Not only was the packaging terrible someone probably thought it would be cool to try on my shoes before shipping them. Or the case maybe someone bought my shoes wore them return them... I'm starting to think Dolls Kill restock are really just returns. I have included pictures because people should see what they get before they buy. The Azalea Wang shoes run a half size small. It was disappointing to see in the description that they are true to size because they're not. Bottom line just be prepared to receive crushed packaging and possibly worn or returned shoes.

Great advertising

Before purchasing anything from here, read the consumer reports. I have only shopped once but already regret it. They are not an ethical, logical, or inclusive organization. They "repurpose" artist's designs without collaboration or permission, they lack integrity with their customers by advertising non refundable, poor quality merchandise, and the customer service is negligent if you're "lucky", or combative if you stand up for yourself after being ripped off since their pricey products are mediocre to poor quality. Please steer clear unless you're a glutton for punishmentyour sanity, wallet, and body will thank you.
