I have ordered a few things from dollskill in the past and found that whenever I had a issue or question that needed to be answered there customer service reps were always kind and readily available. I feel comfortable continually buying items from them because I know I will be treated with respect.

I have been using Dollskill for about 4 years now, and I have never been dissappointed,. Their clothes are great quality and are so unique.

I had some issues with shipping that had nothing to do with Dollskill itself (I live in South Africa and the postal service is shocking) but the customer service from Dollskill was really helpful and speedy. Really grateful!

They were really sweet and decided to send my package again after it went missing in the mail the customer service is great over the phone too way better than other customer service lines I've called about my packages or order mishaps

I emailed them a about a package that hadn't arrived an they got back to me so fast an sent me a new one cause it had been lost! Bree was so fast in helping me an getting a replacement over!

I love this shop and always find myself returning to buy things here. Recently I added the wrong shipping address to my order, I simply emailed them and received a response in about 12 hours. I love shopping with Dollskill! But I wish it had an app! I carry my phone on my person a lot and I often myself with some down time which I use by browsing and shopping on Dollskill on a safari page. I figured it'd be nice to have an app which will make navigation and transaction processes a lot smoother.

I was sent a wrong item. I contacted customer service and they quickly got the issue resolved and send me the correct item while allowing me to keep the incorrect item.

I love Dolls Kill so much. They accidentally put the wrong buckles on my boots (still cute boots though) I told them, they sent me a new pair and let me keep the ones I got!
