I'm continually impressed by the reps at Dolls Kill. They are friendly, helpful, responsive and customer oriented. I wish more places had this kind of customer service. The ONLY aspect of this online store that I wish were different is their returns policy. They only offer store credit for returns, and the pre-paid labels they offer for returns are one of the slowest transit times I've seen. I think they may have switched shipping carriers because my last order had a label was from a different carrier and transit was a little less lengthy. I have often had to email them to confirm receipt of and issuance of refund/store credit, but they are always accommodating. Overall, I'm pleased.

I received my items in just a few days, much faster than I expected! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size in both items. I emailed customer service to ask about the refund and I was surprised with how quickly I received a response. Within 10 minutes my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. Dolls Kill made the return process so easy and I felt like I was truly valued and looked after as a customer. I love this store :)

I've been shopping with them a whole year now. I've tried to keep them a secret (More clothes for me). Everyone from friends & coworkers wanted to know where I get my outfits from. Everything on this site is edgy & unique. You'll never be disappointed. I'm so addicted I order at least once a month. Lol the customer service is awesome! I love the texting option. Only had to contact them once ( wasn't their fault. My annoying usps office) Nicole helped me with splendid customer service. I hope to collaborate with them one day ;) possibly an ambassador. Dollskill has been one of my favorite stores for years now, I love almost everything I see on their site. I couldn't wait to buy some stuff I hearted on the site, and black friday gave me the perfect reason to get some things. When I got my package I happened to be missing an item from that order, so I emailed customer service and recieved a reply from Nicole the same day! The day after, my dress was confirmed available and sent to me with no charge, and upgraded shipping as well. This experience made me love Dollskill even more, and want to continue supporting.
