I had to reach out to customer service for an issue and was responded to right away and got the exact help I was needing. I have been shopping with this company for a long time now, they have the cutest and most unique styles out there. They have been so nice to me about returns and exchanges, I'm always taken care of. A lot of their products unfortunately sell out too fast but i always sign up for their reminder emails and it tells me when the item i wanted comes back in stock and that's always a good thing. Love this company and see myself shopping on the site all the time!

Very cool style, very fast shipping I got everything in 2 days, its so close to holiday still get everything super on time, it was a surprise! I got everything exactly what shows on the website, good quality, I got my boots size right, got few oversized shirt-dress, on my normal size, and they are a bit too long for me... other than that, everything is perfect! Absolutely love everything I purchase from the dolls kill website. Everything is package nicely and doesn't break the first time you wear it. Have purchased makeup, shoes and accessories. The makeup came in perfect condition. Obsessed with this company it's so hard not to spend all of money. Anyone making a purchase would not be disappointed.
Very disappointed I ordered my products start of November and was given an estimated delivery date of 18th of December as it's a Christmas present for my daughter when it didn't turn up I messaged them and the next day recived a message saying it has been sent and I won't be getting till the 7th of January I'm am very disappointed and will definitely not be recommending or ordering again form this company
I had ordered 4 items from Dolls Kills and one of them was the wrong item, I used the chat feature on the site to raise the issue and they quickly sent me the contact email and what i should include with it. Sent my confirmation # pictures of the wrong item and the bag tags and I got a response the next day apologizing for the error and that they would replace the item, I don't live in the U.S. so was super surprised that I received it in less than a week! Super appreciate how well this was handled :)
I had ordered the Club Exx Low Traitor Boots in a size 9. Shipping was extremely fast and i received the boots within 2 days of ordering! Unfortunately they were the wrong size! But beautiful boots! I emailed Customer service and within 48 hours the wonderful Yaritza emailed me back! Unfortunately they were sold out of my size :( they were able to give me store credit for the amount i paid and due to it being a mistake on their part told me to keep the boots as well! I received the store credit promptly and the beautiful boots will make a great gift!

Dolls kill will forever be my favorite place to buy clothes, shoes and accessories. Everything is so trendy and on point I'm obsessed! My entire wardrobe is slowly becoming nothing but dolls kill clothing and I love it. Their shipping is also super fast and the customer service is great and so helpful whenever you need them. I've never had many issues with them or with shipping but when I did they always got back to me real quick and helped resolve my problem. Definitely recommend them 100% :))

Unfortunately my order is super delayed but when i contacted Dollskill, they were so incredibly kind and considerate. They refunded my shipping fee and sent me a new tracking link, and also explained what the situation was. Amazing amazing service
I had purchased a pair of shoes during the Black Friday sale and was eagerly awaiting my package to arrive. It had been three weeks and my tracking number stopped updating. I contacted Dolls Kill to see if I could be issued a refund and was helped by Brooke. She was amazing! So helpful and attentive. She scheduled a replacement to be sent out to me right away! She needs a raise
