Will never again, ever never again shop at this terrible place, burn every piece of clothes I ever bought from them, bought several hundrwd dollars worth of clothes, the merchandise was sent back because no one open the door, I called, they said package came back, there is a backlog of many packages still out there for us from November so I wont place any order until 3 months from now so I asked that the money be return back to my card.
These thieves are going to tell me, I get only a store credit because I return the items. L remain them, I didnt return anything, the items were undeliverable and you got your items back so return the money back
I will never shop with them again and I burn every piece of cloth I ever purchase from them and I hope the entire place burn to the grow with my money they keeping because I will never ever shop with them again

I needed to correct my shipping address after already submitting an order. I quickly contacted the number provided in DK at around 9pm eastern time even though their hours were from 9am-5pm pacific time. I wasn't expecting for an answer back and figured I try again tomorrow. They actually got back to me within an hour and fixed my shipping address. I am very pleased and very excited to get my package (and it'll be my first time actually buying clothes from DK). Thanks to Kaylin for helping me out!

I ordered Hexy Witch cup and Freaks like me cup as a gift, I added overnight shipping and was excited to see my friends face when I gave her the cup to make our new tradition of self care and tea drinking a little more special so with that said, All was going smoothly Dolls Kill very responsive in the delivery process and then it shows up on time actually earlier than the 9pm as suggested I opened up the first cup and it was chipped and then I opened the second cup and the spoon is cracked in half. I reached out to see what the process would be to get these back to them and get a refund or a replacement. Laura was the Doll I had the pleasure of getting in my email not even 15 minutes after I reached out and was so efficient! I didn't even have to explain before the concern was about me being satisfied was addressed. I sent pictures of the damage and asked how quickly I could get a store credit as this was a gift. Laura responds back with a new order expedited and I was so grateful that she went above and beyond and made this high low then high again process easier. This was my first time ordering but after this type of service and care for their customers I will be putting Dolls Kill in rotation of my shopping Therapy. Thanks again Laura and Dolls Kill!

I have never recievdd such prompt and courteous customer service as l did yesterday here at Dolls Kill. I must have looked at a 1000 pair of boots yesterday till l settled here at to purchase 2 pair of the same. One for me and one for my daughter. Once l clicked pay l realized l was sending them to me! I panicked and thought this was hopeless. It was after hours. L had paid extr for zippy shipping. L was bummed my kid's surprise would not just be delayed but I'd be shelling more money at the post office. The staff at Dolls Kill was phenomenal l could nlt believe how fast my SOS was replied to when l cried out for help. Within just a few minutes of my text. A rep was online fixing the problem. Correcting the delivery. I was amazed with the personable care and consideration and will be a loyal customer always.

Mandy was so super helpful in figuring out my return and a store credit situation. It was my first time using Dollskill because I was returning a pair of boots gifted to me this Christmas, and had never purchased anything from their before. I immediately reached out to their customer service with my situation and they were quick to respond to my messages. Plus, their responses are very sweet and really fit the theme Dollskill seems to be going for.

My parcel was never delivered but it didn't stop Tiffani from good customer service. If you are in the UK expect more payment on top of your shipping fee. It was at a local carrier center. I think the company should make this clear, and make it clear how to get it delivered from the carrier centre (it doesn't come straight to your address). My package was sent back as it was over a month. Overall it was a stressful process but in the end, Tiffani was able to give me a full refund.

Great customer service I got my packaged lost in the mail and the customer service was so incredibly sweet one of the best experiences with customer service that I've had!
