I purchased an item from Dolls Kill in mid-December 2020, with standard shipping. Over a month later, it had not arrived and I had not been contacted regarding its whereabouts. I contacted Dolls Kill and asked what had happened, and they confirmed that the package would not be reaching me. They very kindly reimbursed me directly to my account, rather than giving me store credit. Although I am frustrated with the mysterious disappearance of my package, I am satisfied that the matter was handled well.

I only recently became a Dolls Kill customer and had actually heard a lot of disappointing stories directly after making my first purchase. I was honestly a bit worried but so far my experience has been positive. There are a lot of items that are very unique that I'd have trouble finding anywhere else. Like any other online shop, some items are a hit and miss, but their return policy is pretty open and straightforward. Though it's inconvenient for the customer, having a "store credit only" policy actually helps me keep my money in my wallet XD I only buy what I know I can afford to lose. Recently I made a purchase and forgot to use store credit and my credit card was charged. I contacted customer service immediately and Kaylin (the rep who helped me) was able to reverse the charge and apply the credit within a few hours. I was highly impressed! So my advice: be a smart shopper and also be open to positive expectations.

Late shipping with FedEx, no calling card on my mailbox, very slow speeking at a taxed call to reorganise a delivery.
Dollskill sent the wrong size for a jacket, I sent them pictures of the label and the packaging,(which were not mentioned with the same size)
I had a really fast reply and they are gonna send me the right-size jacket and they let me keep the wrong one

I was sent the wrong item twice and contacted these peeps about it. They checked their inventory and sent me the correct item while also letting me keep the other item! These peeps are freaking amazing!

I just wanted to say I'm really liking this service, especially how progressive some of the items are. I legit teared up when I saw all the pride stuff like I love the rainbow bolero and the trans and gay shirts, super pretty and as a queer trans guy seeing stuff like that in such a popular shop I was pleasantly surprised. I'm sure it's already known that these items are appreciated because of how they fly off the shelves xD but I wanted to reach out anyway. Thanks.
