I had a credit from returning some things a while back. Placed a new order attempting to use that credit, but I mistakenly checked out incorrectly and had my credit card charged instead. I messaged the staff immediately and asked if they could switch the payment to the credit, but was told it wasn't possible. Needless to say, I was a bit sad. I mean, not like John Wick after his dog was killed sad... but sad nonetheless. Anyway, figured there was nothing I could do, so no big deal. Then received an email from Holland telling me she switched the payment and at that moment channeled my inner Ted Theodore Logan and shouted "Excellent"! Thanks Holland :)

Ashley, was such a good helper, she was able to help me kindly and answer all my questions, thank you dolls kill for hiring someone who is kinda and understanding :)! !

I ordered a size small dress and the bust was so laughably large that half my bra was showing and you could see down the entire dress if I bent over. I've never had this problem before, ever. There was so much extra fabric it seemed like it was an XL but the tag said small.
The other item I bought (also a small) fit fine although it was very short but I assume that was just due to the style.

Really awful. They won't return your money through clearpah if you already returned the item. They expect you to still pay for it. Their customer services are really rude and inappropriate when they can tell a customer I clearly annoyed. They expect you to pay for shipping fees also.

I wanted to make sure it says 5 stars for the pricing of these. Incredible price for what you get. Insane quality & so worth it. Just wish I was able to get in touch with someone when I needed them but it all worked out. I'm a dollskilla for life!

I use to buy from dolls kill like all the time for the past 3-4 years. Just a month ago I sent back a pair of overalls that were incorrectly sized and I had to pay for the shipping. Anyways, it's been a month and I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed them and they were responding at first until they decided to not answer me back regarding my order. I believe they blocked me because now when I email them I don't get a second follow up email stating they will respond within 24-48 hours.
They've always been such a great help in communicating and their service. The overalls were $150+ and I want my refund. Considering they did this. I'll NEVER order from them again. I also don't suggest anyone else ordering because if u want to return it, you might not get your money/store credit back. FACTS

Also dk quality isn't good at all. You can ask anyone!

This was my first time buying from dk and I'm really disappointed. My purchase took a really long time to ship which is understandable given the situation with covid but once it shipped my tracking never got updated. I ordered a white ribbed wrap top which was very see through and felt comparable to something that you'd find at forever 21 but for half the price. I also ordered a lingerie piece from sugar thrillz. The lace on it was really itchy and there was a big hole near the trim. It was a complete waste of my money

I place an order back in Nov. 2020 And still have not recieve my order and they wont issue me a refund and there is a polce report file and they have watch my camera and no UPS or Fed Ex Or mail person has not drop off any packages only mail. Which i have nofity thru email numerous times and they wont do anything, Never order here again they take your money and you dont get anything in return
