Everything I ordered was beautiful! The clothing is great quality! I appreciated that they noted what size the models were wearing, it helped with finding the perfect size. I had one item that was damaged. The team resolved the problem within a couple days and sent me a replacement promptly! I will definitely continue shopping at Dollskill! <3 Thank you!
OMG, so the post office lost or misplaced my package, and I was so sad! I contacted customer service and Andrea got back to me with my updated tracking number, and did say that because of COVID some things are a bit slow but to keep an eye on it, and if I didn't get it within a stated time, to get back to her. Sadly I didn't get it by that time, so I messaged her and she was just so awesome, re-shipped my package and walked me through the steps. Andrea is super helpful and quick to reply! Best customer experience EVER. Thank you so much! And I'm super excited to get my awesome, amazing package! <3

I love the variety and I find myself ordering awesome new clothes/shoes often from Dolls Kill! I recently made an order and realized I forgot to add the promo code. I text Dolls Kill and the person that text me back was very helpful and cancelled the order for me.
I ordered something and couldn't find anywhere to put my discount code in or I missed it. My order was confirmed and I emailed them to explain my issue and see if I can have credit due to my mistake. They were fast and clear. The woman let me know that as soon as I get it let her know if I'd be returning anything and they can apply it then.
As soon as it came in I loved my purchases and emailed them it was all great and to proceed with the processing in rectifying my issue. The credit came that night.

I ordered my product on the 12th of feburary. It came on the 4th of march (I live in the UK, so 3 weeks despite the fact the website said 3-5 working days). When the package arrived the plastic was completely ripped up, it looked like it was burnt or caught in some sort of machinery. Inside the plastic the top was kept in was also torn, but thank god the product wasn't damaged. I emailed multiple times and the customer service was super vague and I'm shocked by the turnout after a 3 week delay. The packaging is terrible, I don't plan on buying from there ever again. Definitely not worth the overpriced £30 product.

My stress is gone! I finalized my order sooner than I had intended and was frantically wondering how I could get my address updated since I had used an old address on accident. Whoever responded to my text message was able to get to me ASAP and changed my address! <3
