I've been ordering from Dolls Kill for the last couple of years. Love them. Love their products. All the clothes I've bought have been made very well. No cheap flimsy materials and doesn't fall apart at the seems. Sizes are pretty accurate to true. I've only had a problem with a lingerie set being a bit on the small side but I'm a seamstress so it was no big deal to just alter it myself.
Their clearance deals are pretty good too. I can buy so many outfits and not break the bank.
Only down side is that sometimes it can take a week or so before they send it out for delivery. Normally they are pretty quick though. Love the design of the mailers.
I moved last year and when I had placed an order from my new address I forgot to edit the mailing address. I sent them an email right away and within a day I heard back. I was able to have them fix it so my order would come to the right place. She also sent me a code for a discount on my next order. Super nice and had no issues with customer care.
I'll continue to buy from this site.

Let me first start off by saying, I don't know about all these negative reviews, my experience with Dolls Kill has been TOP NOTCH! After doing alot of research on different brands if skates, I first went with a company that was overseas, and after paying my money was told the skates were not in stock at the time and wouldn't arrive until May sometime... so that was a no for me, was given a refund and decided to do some further digging, and came across these "lovely angels". I picked out my skates, which were the 'Impala' brand skate, which this site had them way cheaper and they are the real deal no knockoffs... any who... I decided to pay the extra 9.95 to get them shipped next day (before 2pm). Long story short I ordered my skates yesterday around like 1030a.m. Est, and got them thru UPS today! Exact next day and they communicated with me as well as I was able to track my package. Thank you Dolls Kill for my wonderful skates and prompt service! You have made this girl Happy!

After dealing with these people since last night, i have a forever bad taste in my mouth for this company, sure the clothes are great but when it comes to taking your money they're the grand champs. I have been dealing with a incorrect shipping label since 10 pm yesterday and they refuse to change my order after multiple attempts to change it from my end, they refuse to refund me and they are knowingly sending my package to a address I am no longer at, and instead of canceling the order they did offer me a 50% off discount on a future order of the same things, never returning the money i spent on the previous items. I had the privilege of speaking to the supervisor Tiffani and through a goose chase i still haven't been able to recover a 200 dollar package which as a seller of this package they are unable to change a simple shipping label, and if i were to direct it to the correct address that would cost 100 dollars more, so thanks tiffany I will never shop here again

Today I made a huge boo-boo and bought something, but messed up the shipping address. I immediately got on the chat application for Dollskill. Within minutes I was chatting with a sweet young girl named Angel. She corrected my problem immediately and was even nice enough when I provided the wrong name for shipping. I will definitely continue to buy from this company. This customer service rep was patient, very knowledgeable, and very kind. There should be more companies and more Customer service reps like this!
