At first when I called the DollsKill number it said they weren't taking calls so I was a bit nervous I wouldn't be able to ship back my return. After messaging them I have never gotten a faster response as well as so kind! Andrea was so kind and really made sure that I was able to return my item. I look forward to working with them if i do have to do another return. Thank you again
I initially ordered two shoes one for me and one for my best friend whose birthday is coming up. I expedited the package because her birthday is coming up pretty soon. I received the package in the mail the next day and unfortunately the back had been tampered with and I only got one pair of shoes ones that I have purchased for myself but the pair of shoes I purchased for my friend wasn't in the bag. So I immediately googled dolls kill customer service email I emailed them and the amazing Kaylin made an exception for me and was able to send a replacement pair even though the store policy is they are not responsible for any tempered packages. She was very understanding and she wanted to make sure my first experience with dolls kill wasn't a horrible one. She was able to help me in about an hour it was quick to respond to my emails. I appreciate her and the company so much for doing this I know if it was any other company they would've just issued me store credit and I would have to wait longer to receive the missing item.

I love coming to this site and ordering there funky clothes. They are keeping me young and I love it! Weather its from there bodyhugging dresses to there awesome sweatpants! I just cant get enough... they have so many options andt that is what makes it awesome! Sometimes the sizes are off but hey they let you retuen them and get credit to try something else!
I keep coming back for more and when they run there extra % off it just doesnt get any better.

I had an issue where an item I ordered wasn't sent then was sold out when I noticed.
I messaged them and they quickly replied telling me they were sorry and that a refund would be sent for whatever I paid for the item plus shipping. And continued to make sure after not only taking responsibility for the accident which was completely understandable. To say that they would work to get it fixed on the website for any other potential buyers.
Their text message customer service number always does the most for me when i need them. It's so cool they have that! Placed an order, didn't get a confirmation email, and instead of waiting for a return email, i was able to get them and get a quick response. Yaaasss

I had placed an order and once I had processed my payment I noticed I had placed the wrong shipping address. I promptly emailed customer service and let them know my issue. On the email I gave the correct address I wanted my order to be shipped. No more than an hour or so I got a response and everything was corrected. The representative that helped me was very nice and resolved my mistake. They are amazing both their products and their customer service. Will continue to grow my collection with them. Thank you!
They have a great regular size and plus size collection for both me and my friends and family. Makes gift giving and group shopping that much more fun for us all! They ship fast and they surely know how to have a sale!
This I was my first time ever having an issue with dollskills and they handled it so well. I know the site says they don't do returns, exchanges, or change of address but they do. They were able to fix the issue very easily.
I didn't receive a confirmation email when I made my very first order and was having trouble getting the text service to work, but got a response from someone to help me within seconds when I emailed them! Andrea was able to send me my tracking info and all is now well. Thank goodness it worked out. I'm very excited to see my dress soon~!

I love that if I ever have any questions dolls kill support team is always there for me right away. I've never had an issue with anything I've ever bought (except one pair of pants didn't fit) and they made the exchange process extremely smooth and it was quick.
