I literally just joined and I love everything about the website. I got locked out of my account after purchasing my order and dolls kill went above and beyond to help me track my order. I'll definitely be shopping with them more often.
I had ordered the limited edition Billionaire Bling Skates that sold out in about 3 hours. The problem was the address was correct EXCEPT it somehow got set on Austrailia instead of United States & didn't notice until halfway through the shipping journey. I was freaking out thinking I wouldn't get them ever as they would have just been sent back to Dolls Kill & only get store credit. I was working really hard on trying to figure something out but with the help from Elisa, Austin & Tiffani, they managed to help solve the problem. Elisa gave the sender of the skates a note to resend them to the correct address. Austin let me know when to check back incase I haven't heard of any updates of the skates. & then Tiffani recently sent me a new tracking for the skates with the correct address. I'm really surprised on how above & beyond they went to make it happen. I don't know how it got set on Austrailia in the first place which still confuses me but it all worked out in the end. I can't wait to get them

When I didn't receive my order on time - which was not the fault of dolls kill- customer service was super quick to refund the shipping costs and send another order on the way. I ended up with two products instead of the one I ordered because my first order that got lost later arrived and dolls kill let me keep it :) great experience! Would definitely order again because I know that customer service is there to help and always responds super quickly!

The carrier did not give signs of the status of my shipment after a month, and after contacting them and they did not give me any solution, I went to the Dolls Kill customer service team and they were super kind they sent me a replacement of my lost order at no cost to me. They are the best, and the treatment was exceptional

I placed my order a bit too quickly (chose the wrong shipping and forgot something). In a panic, I texted customer service. The person on the other line was very helpful and prompt and was able to help me cancel my order so I could place a new one with the correct shipping! I had the pleasure of speaking with Angel (email) and Kay (live chat).
I had placed a fairly large order on 4/15 only to find that a lot of the items I purchased went on sale the very next day for 20% off. I have reviewed the Dolls Kill FAQ and knew that they do not normally offer price adjustments, but I reached out to see if a one-time courtesy was possible. I spoke to Kay, whom was wonderful, and they advised that once I received my order, to reach back out to have the 20% off honoured. They advised my order becomes final sale once that adjustment is completed, which I understood.
I got my order and loved everything, so I emailed, and was connected with Angel. Angel took care of my adjustment and is the embodiment of their name.
I work for corporate for a large retailer, and was blown away with how friendly & helpful these representatives were.
I was so pleased with my experience, I went ahead and placed another large order this morning as well.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
