First time I've ever been able to text in to customer service for assistance at any website before. Extremely convenient and I had a wonderful, easy and helpful experience.
I had been waiting on a refund, there was a little confusion and they made sure to respond and take care of me promptly.
I was making my first order a few weeks back, and during my order PayPal glitched and took the money but didn't send through the details to dollskill. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and they were straight onto the case (at this time I didn't realise it was a fault with PayPal, hence why I contacted dollskill)
They worked with me to figure out what had happened. The problem resolved, customer service didn't, they emailed me to make sure everything was good on my end, along with their messenger team. I haven't received my clothes yet cause I've only just ordered (and I'm based in Australia) but just from the amazing experience with customer service, I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
