I ordered some items online... and sent them to my old address! I panicked and text Dolls Kill contact number.
I did not expect for anyone to get back to me so quickly. I was having a late night shopping session. I really was not expecting to have the whole thing fixed in an hour. Like wow!
I tend to goof up from time to time but whenever I do this company always delivers this 'dude, no worries, we got you' attitude then they fix it.
I'd never shopped here before but I bought a pair of dungarees the other day and haven't taken the off since I'm obsessed. They came a couple days early which was a nice suprise and are super comfy. 10/10 I lavvvvvv it
The last few orders I have gotten have had some defective items they have the fastest customer service out of any other company I always hear back in less than a couple hours and they always have it handled right away. Absolutely love shopping online with dollskill I just hope that they get their quality control running a bit better. But I appreciate how fast they always help me

FedEx decided to send my package to the east coast (even though it was supposed to be going from California to Oregon). After unsuccessful attempts to communicate with FedEx, I messaged Dolls Kill support and received a response and had a replacement sent out within 24 hours. My replacement package arrived quickly and, of course, the product was great as always. Brenna is the best!
