These ladies are GREAT! Messed up my order a bit because I didn't know how to change the shipping address while ordering on my phone and they were very quick to help after my order was placed. Wait time was super short and they fixed it within the hour so I was sure I'd get my order at the correct place. Can't wait to get my boots, TMRW! Thanks babes! Xx

I purchased a pair of the I am Gia Clio Pants and they came with staining on the green portion of the pants, from the stupid way the company packaged them. I asked for a refund and the person i was emailing seemed like a robot, so unhelpful and just kept repeating the same thing. They ended up only giving me a 30% refund and a "special discount code" (which just ended up being 'shoddyscult' which you can find when you look up discount codes for dolls kill.) Wont be buying anything from them again.
My original order was paid moments before I got my new memeber discount email. I emailed Dolls Kill and they happily applied the discount to my order, I got a $15 refund! I greatly appreciated it since I'm a broke young adult, haha. Then I unfortunately was missing one of my 2 items when I got my package! :( I emailed them again and they discovered they had just ran out of the item before shipping. They quickly applied a refund for the item and were very apologetic. Their response emails were made in a very timely manner, so I wasn't left wondering what was happening for more than a day! I appreciate their communication, and despite the small issue, I would definitely shop Dolls Kill again.

There was an shipping order error in Houston and customer service responded within a few hours and quickly helped with getting a refund!
