Anytime I have an issue with my order they are super quick and responsive. I returned something back to them and still hadn't received my credit and they immediately issued me a credit which was nice. FB messenger is a great tool to talk to them.

I needed to return my order because it didn't fit. When I contacted Dolls Kill about starting the return process, it was painless and quick. They sent me a return label within the next email and all I had to do was ship it back. I then emailed about my store credit since it had been awhile and within the response they had confirmed my credit. Very easy process and great customer service.

I had received an incorrect item due to a stocking/packing error. My DK customer service rep was super prompt in helping me address the problem in a fair way. Great customer service! On another note, super pleased with the MNML brand items I purchased.
