The customer service is AMAZING! They're very helpful and insightful. They actually take time to look into the problem, so they can solve it for you. The process is quick and easy. I love how the dialect is professional, but also like you're talking to your bestfriend. Overall, Dollskill is AWESOME!

Twice now I've bought something from Dollskill and instead of being informed that something I ordered was out of stock they just refunded my money without any notification as to why. The most recent time, I had no reason to check my bank account so I didn't even notice for two days. Now I I'm scrambling to find something to wear for my birthday. The last time this happen it happened with an outfit set, the top sold out so I guess they just sent me the bottoms without any warning, now I never wear the bottoms. Just a waste of time and money, they need to do their inventory better.

Great customer service!

I was accidentally sent the wrong item when I ordered online and I had left a support ticket on Saturday night not expecting to hear back until monday but to my surprise I saw a reply within the hour and had great contact until the issue was resolved. I was given a full refund ($6) for the item as well as the correct item shipped to me. I am very pleased with the support and will continue to shop with Dollskill in the future!

I emailed the team about my art collabs with brands and Elisa messaged me back - I connect with huge brands often and most don't send personalized emails let alone make you smile - this fab team did! I look forward to working with them and that's based off just the friendly tone of emails and the fact they take time to get back and update you on your requests! Engaging with the community and other creatives is key! These guys have it down just right!

Very friendly and helpful customer service! Love love love their lingerie and bags! Their gothic clothing line and accessories are right up my alley. I love their black lacey body suits Plus they have payment plans as well which is very helpful for their shoes. Overall great service and wonderful clothing line.

I definitely appreciate how quick their customer service representatives respond to emails!

I usually have to wait no longer than a day (sometimes I get same day responses!) for a reply. My issue has not been 100% resolved otherwise I would be giving a perfect 5 stars, but it's always a pleasure dealing with their kind staff.

Whenever I message Dollskill for an enquiry, the response is always LOVELY! The responses are so quick and the staff are so friendly <3 I literally can't fault this company if I tried.
