Dollskill is a fun festival fashion brand with attentive and great customer service. I thought I lost an order so I emailed DK and they responded quickly and made sure I had my order and it was already in my mailbox this whole time!
When I was having trouble logging in the people from dolls kill helped me, it didn't take long and the problem was solved very quickly. Very polite and I love the site it's amazing and I recommend ising it for good clothes and great service.

I got charged by customs £25 tax from ordering from them? Yet you already pay so much tax online. They do not mention anywhere whithin check out this is a possibility and also if you want to refund something they only offer store credit!
Your order also takes so much LONGER than estimated which you can only keep guessing everyday whether it's arriving or not. Not helpful service whatsoever if you are ORDERING FROM UK - STAY AWAY. Not worth it. There's way better retailers for European orders.

Pretty much what I said in the title, I found my PayPal to have been used without my consent for a rather large sum of money, and customer service responded very fast and were able to cancel that shipment and return my money!
I love this store! From the shoes to clothes and accessories to the models. Everything is dope as heck. I also, really appreciate that they have created plus sizes. I personally am not but my sister is and it has given her the option to buy the types of clothing that she likes to wear from time to time. Plus, I like my clothes to bag a bit and the bigger sizes keeps me with my comfort level. I tried my first pair of shoes(that fit lol the last ones I goofed up and they didn't. Prengnacy feet spread is evil). I love them and will get some Mary Jane's next. Thank you for giving an eccentric girl like me a place to spread my galactic dragon wings <3
Customer service is helpful, but the good stuff sells out so quick. It's just a little frustrating but they do respond quickly and do their best to resolve your issues.

Everything was quick and easy, definitely no complaints, the girl helping me was able to cancel and refund my order so I can make a new one to add more items to my shopping bag and pay for one shipping fee instead of multiple :) <3 thanks!
