I had a package returned to dollskill because it was determined undeliverable. But I texted dollskill and got an answer so quickly, and a credit to my account. Super helpful and quick service.

I had an issue where the wrong item was shipped to me, I texted them and they said to keep the item and issued me a full refund including the express shipping I paid for. So nice and easy

I had sent in some things that were too small for an exchange and was waiting on my credit, I got an automatic email about something in my cart still, I responded (expecting no response) about ordering when I got my credit and in 60 SECONDS FLAT, I had a response email and my credit! Super awesome customer service, excellent response time, and I'm very excited for my super cute new things!
