Any time I've needed help with something regarding DK, the customer service always helps me resolve whatever problem I had! They always respond within 12-24 hours for me, and are super patient and always willing to work out any issues I've had.

I had to email customer service about my order. I had ordered a couple of hours previous and it looks like I had screwed up the address. I didn't expect to hear back until Monday at the earliest. Jahna got everything fixed when I emailed! They were EXTREMELY helpful and responsive! I'll be shopping there again!

I just moved apartments and accidentally ordered some shoes to my old address because it was the default setting and i texted dollskill even though they're only open mom-friday for helplines and they still got back to me in under an hour and fixed my address!

I accidentally ordered an item for my daughter and then realized she already had the item. I contacted customer service via email & text (on a Saturday) and someone immediately contacted me back and ensured that the order was canceled and I was refunded. Dollskill sent me a damaged shirt on accident. And when I messaged them about it I got a response very quickly! And they sent me a brand new shirt free of charge right away! Excellent coustmer service extremely helpful! They also offered me store credit but I took the shirt instead.

I emailed Dolls Kill's customer service to ask about some pants' Sizes that I was confused about on the website as they were different sizes than the site's standardised ones and so the sizing chart did not apply to them.
I was helped by Nicole who clarified everything for me and helped me to make a decision.
