Made a horrible mistake when ordering and it did take till the next day for them to get back to me due to me ordering at like midnight but they were very helpful in getting everything sorted out looking forward to receiving my new shoes and will definitely be purchasing from them again.
I accidentally entered my email address for the wrong purchase, and I was freaking out! I was so worried that it would mess up the delivery of my package. So I decided to shoot an email over to dollskill and did they impress me! They got back to me in no time, like lightning! I was having confirmation issues and went through the contact form for assistance. I was expecting to wait the 24-48 hrs, but received an email promptly. After sending over basic information the issues was fully resolved. Thankful and I can't wait for my dresses!

In the last couple weeks I've ordered a few times now first a big puffy coat that I thought would only be so cute but didn't expect it to be warm too what a double win 😍 and some boots that are worth every penny I feel like I could do some serious damage with these things! Then I ordered a ton of shirts and got confused putting in my coupon and they got right back to me about letting me know they could help fix put it back onto my order and to let them know if I wanted to send anything back once I got it, they where so easy to talk to and I ended up falling in love with everything I ordered and sent nothing back 😍
I had ordered a black dress that I had my eye on for months but it was delivered with some slight damage on the tulle. I was pretty bummed because I figured I was going to go in circles with customer service with no solution but to my surprise they resolved the issue in less than 24 hours and my replacement dress is already in the mail. The representative Yolanda was super sweet and helpful definitely would recommend this brand based off the customer service alone.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
