I decided to order a sample book to see what the colours actually look like. I when through the payment and got an email confirmation to advise that the payment has been taken. Also checked on my credit card statement which also came up with the payment go out to them.
I received and email from someone called * in DIY Dress advising that I did not make the payment as it didn't go through and that i have to place the order again in order to get my item. So either my Credit Card Statement and Globebill are laying or DIY Dress are scumming bastards. If they cant even get an order for £24 right i would not trust them with an order for £90+. Avoid this company like the plague.

I had checked this companies reviews before buying but shouldn't have worried, from the minute I ordered the dress to the minute it was delivered the service was fantastic. I spoke with the onine team about sizes and measurements and they instructed me how and where to measure because my daughter is 11 yrs old and this was for her prom dress. The dress arrived ontime and I was so nervous but it was absolutely perfect... fitting and material, I was a proud father with a lump I'm my throat she looked so grown up and beautiful. 100% to the whole team, I would definitely recommend and use this company again THANKS
Brough adress for my granddaughter. She is 6months old. Dress was made for a 6year old we had to pay to get it redone in time for wedding. Contacted customer service. Queenie is what the name is goes up" no refund offered aver many e-mails was offered £8 all the dress is worth they told me. Trading standards should look into this company it's a rip off

What an absolute scam my wedding dress arrived a few days ago the design on the bodice is nothing like the photo on the website and the bust shaping is up under my collarbone! The back was supposed to be in a v shape with lace straps on my dress it was squared off with chiffon across the shoulders. A completley different design and they had the cheek to say it will look stunning on, no it doesnt it doesnt even fit even though I paid extra for custom made.
They told me to sell it on e bay I should be so lucky to find someone with their bust up by their neck! My weddind is at the end of May and from what Ive been reading I have no chance of getting a refund please BEWARE of this company
Although the detail to the neckline wasn't matching to the picture advertised, I absolutley loved my dress! The lace detail was fab. It came in a plastic package and was turned inside out so that the lace was protected. Needed a few alterations length wise but I am very oddly fitted. Will defo be ordering off this site again.

Although at first I was skeptical about ordering my wedding dress online, I couldn't of made a better choice than when I ordered with diydress. All my fears were put to rest the moment it arrived within four weeks of ordering, and it was absolutely beautiful! I did custom sizing and it fit perfectly :) I was so very impressed with the service and the quality of the dress and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a stunning dress! I paid an extra £20 for my prom dress to be delivered by June 17th and DIY Dress have said it won't be here until the 20th June now, even though I paid extra £20 for it to be here so that I can use it this weekend! I'm sooo furious! This entire website is a con, all the 5* reviews are written by workers from the DIY Dress website! Don't ever ship from there!

I bought a dress for my daughters prom ordered it in Feb back end of March beginning of April it arrived suppose to be a standard uk size 12 no way as it didn't fit more like Eastern Asia size 12. Poorly made I emailed them I kept being fobbed off from * to * I ended up getting a refund from my bank after returning the dress in recorded delivery there is a site on Facebook please read the comments from unhappy customers that has been felt ripped off by this company the reds are made in China probably in a sweat shop

Ordered 7 flower girl dresses, first 3 came and were perfect- exact match to image and correct size. Next 4 came however they loosely resemble the first ones, silver and light blue sequins rather than silver and navy, embroidery is black rather than navy, no beading to be found and embroidery is a rushed and simplistic design -different to the first ones.
My wedding dress was perfect and 3 flowergirl dresses were amazing shame other 4 don't match and now have to go buy 7 new ones- after spending almost £450 on the perfect design on this site.
My order has proved it's 50 / 50 chance of getting what you have paid for.
Currently being ignored by their after sales team after being told that they cannot see anything wrong or different between the 2 sets of dresses.
Since looking closer at their website the pics of their sales team have turned out to be photos they clearly found on Google ( found 2 of them to actually be semi-famous people and one comes up on many sites labeled picture of pretty blonde when I have reverse image searched them).
Suppose my fault for not properly looking into company before ordering from them, unfortunately I only started looking into them after I had placed 3 orders and put all hope on fact that I order things from China quite often over Ebay and have never had any problems.

This is the worst company ever along with delivery agent YODEL stay well away from both. They take your money and never get back to you or deliver the goods and then give you the run around.
Fantastic company I didn't put my house number on my order by mistake but when I emailed to find out were my dress was Shirley went above and beyond her job duties and made sure my daughters prom dress got redirected and I got it 2 days later the dress is absolutely beutiful and for such a great price I will definitely be using diydress again

Hello Daria, I have looked up your order and it it's processing, I don't see an issue here. The order was placed yesterday and you are already on a rant, insulting us and making false accusations. If the customer service representative did send you that E-Mail it was simply that the bank did not respond to our system request in a timely manner, which is then updated 60 minutes later when we request it again.
